刘浩龙第二张个人专辑。
其中“遗失的感觉”，是他首张专辑《Start Up》内“思觉失调”的国语版。提及“遗失的感觉”，还有则笑话。原本这首歌是取名“失感”，后来刘浩龙发现把它念成国语，竟是“失禁”，于是就跟公司反映，之后就改成了“遗失的 感觉”。
相比《Start Up》，《Singing In The Ring》更有听头，曲风丰富了许多。作品如“断尾”、“绯闻男友”相当讨人喜欢，蓝奕邦和徐伟贤这两位新生代创作人的加入，也为整张专辑增加了重要的听觉砝码。刘浩龙在这张专辑的歌曲演绎也达到一定的水准，相信此张专辑，一定不会让喜欢他的歌迷失望！
