教材与学情分析

本课学习第四单元A部分的Let’s try和Let’s talk环节。通过Mr Jones和Zhang Peng谈论四月和五月学校组织的几个活动的日期的情景引出核心句型“—When is＋节日/活动？—It’s on＋具体日期．”让学生感知上述核心句型的语义及语用情景。此外，本课学生还需学习英语日期的表达法。

学习目标

1. 能够在图片等的帮助下理解对话大意，能够根据正确的语音、语调、意群朗读课文，并能够进行角色扮演。

2. 能够用When is the art show/...? It’s on May 1^st/...询问并回答节日的日期，初步了解日期的表达。

3. 能够在语境中理解special的意思，并能用There are some special days in ...表述某月有多少特殊的日子。

Let’s sing the “Months song” together.

II.Presentation and practice

1. Lead-in

Watch a short video and know the meaning of “art show”.

2. Learn the word “festival”

Present some pictures on the school art festival with some music.

Let Ss know the meaning of “festival”

Then present some other fesivals in China: Spring Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival and Dragon Boat Festival.

3. Look and say

Present the calendar of June this year.

Dragon Boat Festival is a special day in June. There are other special days in June. What are they? ( Children’s Day, Father’s Day）

Let’s choose: special days    A. 普通的     B. 特殊的

And ask: “When is Dragon Boat Festival this year?

Lead Ss answer: “It’s in June./ It’s on June 3^rd.”

教学反思

在本节课的对话学习中，我立足单元话题和课时话题之间的情境融合，强调对话问题逻辑链的层层推进。同时引导学生运用已学的知识内容链接生活实际，进行有逻辑的话题表达，在分析问题和解决问题的过程中，促进自身语言知识学习、语言技能发展、文化内涵理解、多元思维发展和学习策略运用。对话中学习策略的指导是必不可少的。教学过程是不只是向学生传递知识，也是教会学生如何学习的过程。因此，教师不仅要研究教学策略，也要研究学生的学习策略，指导学生学会学习，在教学对话的同时渗透对话朗读的方法，话题表达的思维框架。

当然本课也存在一些问题，如进入课文文本太晚，导致课文对话操练比较赶，没有给与更多的孩子展示的机会，拓展部分的核心句型与核心词汇操练也就不够充分，使得这节课有点“头重脚轻”的感觉，所以我想前面有些环节是否进行一些删减或调
