4. 能够在情景中运用句型When is the …? It’s in …就某个活动在哪个月份举行进行回答。
5. 能够在语境中理解生词sports meet，school trip和Easter的意思并能正确书写。

教学步骤：
（一）热身／复习（Warm-up/Revision）

（二）呈现新课 （Presentation）
Let’s try
1. 请学生仔细阅读邀请卡，请学生说一说它的主要内容，再请学生猜一猜听力内容大致是什么，如：Who will come to the sports meet next Friday?为听力活动进行准备。
2. 请学生听对话录音，根据路内容选出正确的选项。
3. 请学生再听一遍录音并校对。
Let’s talk
1. 播放主情境图对话视频，播放完后提问：What do Mike and Zhang Peng talk about?引导学生回答：They talk about the sports meet, the Easter party and the school trip.教师板书词组sports meet, Easter party, school trip，呈现相应的词组的图片。引导学生理解这些词组的意义并带读。教师继续追问：When is the sports meet? 板书该句型。学生回答：It’s in spring. 教师继续追问：Yes, it’s in spring. But which month? 引导学生回答：It’s in April. 板书该句型，并重点带读April.
2. 展示对话图片，请学生带着问题找答案。教师提问：When is the Easter party?板书补充。引导学生回答:It’s in April. 教师引导道：When is the school trip?学生回答：It’s in May. 在学生说的过程中教师板书单词May，教学该词并带读。
3. 教师播放对话录音，请学生根据对话内容完成表格。表格内容是：请学生给活动选出相应的月份。完成后同桌间利用句型When is … it’s in … 相互问答。
4. 教师展示学校计划，请学生找一找每月的活动项目。然后教师总结：We have a few fun things in spring. We have a sports meet, an English party and a school trip. It will be so fun. Do you think so? 学生回答：Yes. 教师in到：What other fun things do you have in spring? 学生回答：I fly kites with my friends. I have a picnic in spring. 教师引导: We also have fun things in summer. What are they? 引导学生根据学校计划回答一年当中学校所做的事，并理解词组s few fun things.
（三）趣味操练 （Practice）
1. 教师引导学生说道：Mike and Zhang Peng will have a sports meet in April. There is an invitation for parents. What is it about? Let’s have a look.
2. 教师播放对话录音，请学生逐句进行跟读。跟读过程中，提醒学生注意语音、语调。强调具体某个月钱使用介词in。
3. 教师出示write and talk的图片，并引导学生完成任务单的填写，完成后根据句型进行对话，教师请学生四人一组，两两相互询问，并请一个学生做笔记，最后每组派一个代表做总结回答，如：The sports meet is in April. The singing contest is in May.
4. 角色扮演。请学生根据自己学校的计划内容，重新编写对话，两人一组，先自行准备，后展示练习。
（四）家庭作业（Homework）
1. 听读Let’s talk,并诵读重点句型。
2. 听Let’s talk 部分的录音，读给同伴、朋友或家长听。
3. 给爸爸妈妈介绍自己学校的相关活动。
4. 完成练习册相关练习。
