公司的定义
A company, in
common parlance, means a group of persons associated together for
the attainment of a common end, social or economic. It has no
strictly technical or legal meaning. It represents different kinds
of associations, both business and otherwise.
公司指为共同的社会和经济目的而聚集的群体。没有严格的技术和法律意义。代表不同的商业的或其他的组合。
Companies incorporated under the companies act, 1956 are
mostly business companies but they many also be formed for other
useful purpose.
依据（印度）1956年公司法成立的公司大部分属于商业性质，但也可以具有其他性质。
（该法律多年来已经历若干次修订，最新的修订为2013版）

law, has a perpetual succession and a common seal. It is a legal
person, an artificial person, without physical existence. It
has capital divisible into parts, known as shares.
公司是个被法律虚构出的“人”，拥有永久继承权和共同的印信。是一个“法人”，一个虚构出来的人，物理上并不存在。它拥有可以分割的资本，被称作“股份”。
