Stand in Tatasana
山式开始
feet together, hands by the side, legs straight, keep the stomach in, chest forward, spine and neck straight.
双脚并拢,双手置于体侧,双腿伸直,收腹挺胸,脊柱和颈部挺直。
Exhale, Bend the right leg, place the heel to the root of lift thigh, rest the sole on the lift thigh, toes pointing downward
呼气,曲右腿,将脚跟抵在左腿跟部,右脚抵住左大腿,脚趾朝下
Balance on the left leg, inhale, palms together and raise the arms straight over the head
左腿保持平衡,吸气,双手合十,双臂向上伸展过头
Hold for a few seconds, breathing deeply,
保持几秒钟,深吸缓呼
Exhale, lower the arms and separate the palms, straighten the leg and back to the Tatasana
呼气,手臂落下,双手分开,伸直双腿回到山式
