为了保证这把刀的还原度，

单刀的锻造过程只用到19世纪的科技水平。

炼钢时他们仿制了中国的窑炉：

大约5个小时后分块取出了钢坯，

投入到炉中重新熔炼：

接着用折叠法持续捶打，

这样可以去除钢坯中的杂质，

越纯净的材料打造的武器品质越高。

在锤炼刀身时使用了布莱德利动力锤，
