Hold rapidto dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren field frozen with snow.” These are the roads I recite to myself, whenever I formulate a huge objective in my life. Cherishing the will to completely realize my self-fulfillment, i've almethodshoped that my life will include fabricizing a hition of aspirations and perfects.

  Our dreams are the impetus that drives us to make progress. If we adoren ourselves to devisees, our dreams are the primarytenance and fuel that drive us forward to succeed in our goals. a fewplanes couldnever have flied, at the same time asothers will have landed in lots ofwheres. all of it's dependent upat their goals and jet fuel supplement. Therefore, it's of significant importance to set goals in life first after which locatethe most productive place to replenish enough fuel supplements.

  pleased with having more English learners than another councheck outon the earth, China has a more demand for English experts because its encheck outinto the WTO. As an English teacher who has worked on this field for over three years, i've a transpahirevision of the way forward for English teaching in China, and i am determined to scale a better height in English in a more complexcouncheck outthat is rich in jet fuel. i'm in a positionto take off.

  During my undergraduate study, I majored in Marketing, and benefited so much from the multicultural environment at Beijing International Studies University, where i used to be capable of excel both academically and privately. our schoolattaches wonderfulimportance to cultivating students in a realistic way. We were required not simply to put a wonderfulfoundation in our major coursework, but in addition that you will have an even command of English so that you can meet the demands of society. Withon this type of nourishing atmosphere, I developed myself in a comprehensive way. with the exception of my major coursework study, I nurtured my gift for English and spent maximumof my spare time teaching English to others. I worked as an element-time English teacher at Li Yang Crazy English training school and as an English tutor to middle school students and adults. My interest and skill in English grew on this process.

  i used to be recruited by Beijing Bayi Middle School to displayEnglish after my graduation. so as to complement my experience,I studied on my own the learning psychology in my spare time. I also did a little research work comparing American and Chinese education. i discovered that Chinese students and teachers are advancedto the yankees in knowledge accumulation, but we do not seem to be as good as Americans in potential, since the yankee teachers were exerting significant importance at the scholars’ psychology at the same time asalmost2/3 Chinese teachers are poor on this aspect. Realizing this type of professionalblem in Chinese way of educating, i've perfected my teaching in lifestyle. as an example, I occasionallypraised my students in school regardless of methodsundeniablethe searchions were; I adopted the “portfolio system “in school especially for those from poor families or single-pahirefamilies to “talk” with them in a more informal way; i begd the scholars who lagged behind with the means of “yes-right hand and no-left hand” that may be, if she or he knew the solution, then they put his or her right hand up, vice verse…To my delight, my undertakingpaid in spite of everything : the majority of my students gradually became more confident and prefer English increasingly more. during the familiarity with my students, I also gradually realized n English teacher is more like a helper to deliver the kernel of Western culture to cultivate the scholars’ characteristics than an personsimplyimparting the information.

  In 2005, I helped to found the “Chinese University Alliance Education Training Company” with my partner Wang Nuoda, a Lecturer of Communication University of China. we're desperate to assist those students who've passion in learning English at the same time aslack in methods. but even soteaching the scholars, I also did a fewtraining work to the brand new employees, introducing them the way to steer-in, the way to make the dullgrammar more vivid, the way to make the scholars more interested within the eleganceby employingthe PPT and real materials.

  However, tlisted here are still things that make me confused. In China, parents treon their children’s education very seriously. in recent times, with China’s rapid progressionand the rage of worldwideization, parents have put more emphasis at their children’s education in English - the universal language. youngstersare exposed to English at the day they startkindergarten. a fewpoorer parents even lead a littleter life to economize in order thon their youngsterscan attfinishan English training program after class. However, such “English fever”, to some degree, hurries up polarization of scholars’ English level, and more seriously, many students’ “hate” English from a tender age.

  So, the way to take care of this problem? i have been asking myself this query, and feature found the solution in myself.   After finishing my Master’s program, I intfinishto continue my English teaching at a top university in China, to contribute what i've learned to those that desiremy help. Besides, i will be able to be actively engaged in looking for English studying methods that most efficientsuit the Chinese people, so that you can end up more students with a talented mastery of English which are required on China’s market.
