                    2. Three-month Auto Revolving DLC means that it always covers amount of three (3) Monthly Lots and shall be automatically revolving to the next Monthly Lot when the preceding Monthly Lot delivery is completed, till the entire quantity of the contract has been delivered.

                      三个月自动循环即期信用证的意思系指信用证永远涵盖三个月的金额,当第一个月出货完毕后,会自动循环至第四个月的金额,直到合约数量全部出货完毕.

               3. Payment will be realized based on the certificate of quality and quantity issued by an international independent inspector (SGS) at the loading port and other required documents.

                 付款系在装货港时,依据SGS开立之数量及品质证明及其它相关文件押汇.

Shipment:         　1. The first delivery will arrive at the Buyer’s designated port

装运　　　　　　　　　　　within 45 calendar days from the date of accepting the Buyer’s available L/C.

　　　　　　　　　　　收到买方的可执行有效信用证45天内，首批货物运至买方指定的目的港。

2. Thereafter should be completed within 30 calendar days for the remaining shipments.

　　货物装卸完毕后30天内，下批货物也会运抵目的港。如此类推，直至合同全部执行完毕。
