黄介艺，男，1954年出生于无锡。无锡师范，无锡教育学院美术专业毕业。1973年起先后任教无锡市社桥中学、工业学校，现在无锡高等师范，高级职称，从事美术教育及创作40余年。书法家画家黄介艺，现为中国国画院副院长、中国民间书画艺术家协会常务理事、江苏省美术家协会会员、中国书法美术家创作中心荣誉教授、北京京华兰亭书画院名誉院长、江苏省书法等级证考试高评委、国际羲之书画院副院长、无锡高等师范学校副教授、无锡市退休教师书画会副会长、无锡市甲骨文学会秘书长、中国无锡书法艺专校友会校友。中国江苏省甲骨文学会会员，无锡市甲骨文学会秘书长，无锡市老教师书画会会长，中国民盟盟员。书画作品在多家报刊发表，多次参加全国展览、比赛并获奖。书画作品曾在台湾、联合国大厦美术馆展览。艺术传略入编《世界名人录》、《中国当代书画家名典》、《当代书法家大辞典》、《国际现代名家教授大辞典》等辞书中。主编有《大中学生书法练习技法》、《书法教程》、《黄介艺国画选集》等著作出版发行。
