一、教学目标:
1、知识目标:学生能够听、说、读、写四个单词(词组):slow down,stop,wait,go;能够听说认读句子Stop and wait at a red light.Slow down and stop at a yellow light.Go at a green light.
2、能力目标:要求学生能熟记关于红绿灯的三个交规,并能用must句型对他人提出合理建议。

Step 1: warm up and lead to
1、Sing a song: “How do you get there?”唱两遍。
2、Ask:How do you usually come to school?
T:Some students come to school by bike,some students come to school on foot....我们将本班四个组分别命名为步行组、自行车组、小汽车组、公交车组。张贴四个组名称贴画。
3、Guess:What’s this?What are they?
Where can you see the traffic lights?At the crossing.
Step 2:Presentation
2、T:Now look at the traffic lights.What color is it?
同样方法学习新句子Slow down and stop at a yellow light.Go at a green light.新单词slow down,go,用肢体语言解释做动作。(出示每一种交通灯,把单词放到句子中,教师用英语解释并配有动作。)
3、Now there comes a policeman.He tells Mike and us:Look at the traffic lights.Remember the traffic rules.
4、把所学的交规自编成歌曲,师生手拿红绿灯,以两只老虎的调子唱出。
Step 3: Practice
1、小游戏:
(1)师用手电照红绿灯,学生根据红绿灯说出相应交规。
(2)师说交规指令,学生要举起红绿灯。
(3)Practice in pairs。同桌之间进行操练,其中一人任意举起一个交通灯,另一个学生做出相应的动作,并说出该交通规则。
2、小情境:
学生根据教师出示的交通灯说:“It’s red now.We must stop and wait.
...
要求学生能提出合理建议。
3、Role play角色扮演活动:

1、新单词抄写三遍。
2、听录音,并把将今天所学说给家长听。
