Unit 2Ways to go to school B Let’s learn》教学设计                                                                                                                    

                    工业园区小学     栗省玲                       

一、教学目标:

1、知识目标:学生能够听、说、读、写四个单词(词组):slow downstopwaitgo;能够听说认读句子Stop and wait at a red light.Slow down and stop at a yellow light.Go at a green light.

2、能力目标:要求学生能熟记关于红绿灯的三个交规,并能用must句型对他人提出合理建议。

    3、情感态度价值观:使学生在角色扮演的过程中体会遵守交规的必要性,并要养成乐于助人的好品质。

二、教学重点难点:

    1、重点:能够听、说、读、写四个单词(词组):slow downstopwaitgo;理解关于交规的句子Stop and wait at a red light.Slow down and stop at a yellow light.Go at a green light.

    2、难点:熟记交规并在各类活动中正确自如地用英语表达。

三、教学准备:

    多媒体课件、红绿灯(板贴的、硬纸板随机出示的)、词卡、公园图片、小组名称贴画(步行\自行车\小汽车\公交车)、手电筒、墨镜。

四、教学过程:

Step 1: warm up and lead to

1Sing a song: How do you get there?”唱两遍。

2Ask:How do you usually come to school?

    (on foot/by bus/by car/by bike)

T:Some students come to school by bike,some students come to school on foot....我们将本班四个组分别命名为步行组、自行车组、小汽车组、公交车组。张贴四个组名称贴画。

3Guess:What’s this?What are they?

    引出light(s) , traffic lights.traffic lights 引出There are red ,yellow and green.

Where can you see the traffic lights?At the crossing.

Step 2:Presentation

 1Listen to the tape and find out what Mike’s mistake is.

       教师播放录音,学生静听。

       T:大家听一听Mike有哪些地方做的不对,他应该怎么做呢?

2T:Now look at the traffic lights.What color is it?

       T:Yes.It’s red now.What should we do?

       Ss:Stop and wait at a red light.

    教师用肢体语言做动作解释新单词词意,带读stop\wait,并板书。

同样方法学习新句子Slow down and stop at a yellow light.Go at a green light.新单词slow down,go,用肢体语言解释做动作。(出示每一种交通灯,把单词放到句子中,教师用英语解释并配有动作。)

3Now there comes a policeman.He tells Mike and us:Look at the traffic lights.Remember the traffic rules.

    齐读三个交规。

4、把所学的交规自编成歌曲,师生手拿红绿灯,以两只老虎的调子唱出。

Step 3: Practice

1、小游戏:

(1)师用手电照红绿灯,学生根据红绿灯说出相应交规。

(2)师说交规指令,学生要举起红绿灯。

(3)Practice in pairs。同桌之间进行操练,其中一人任意举起一个交通灯,另一个学生做出相应的动作,并说出该交通规则。

2、小情境:

    教师张贴公园图片,说:“Look!The park is over there.Let’s go.

学生根据教师出示的交通灯说:“It’s red now.We must stop and wait.

...

要求学生能提出合理建议。

3Role play角色扮演活动:

    指定一名同学当红绿灯,一名同学开小汽车。然后每组出4个同学台前比赛,让一位学生扮演盲人过马路,一个同学帮扶她\他,其他同学根据所示的交通灯说出相应的句子,盲人必须说出什么颜色的交通灯,帮扶的人要正确引导盲人过马路,否则会被过来的小汽车撞到。说对几种交规得几颗星。教师可对正确引导盲人过马路的同学说:You are helpful.

Step 4: Consolation and extension

    At last,an English saying just for you:

“Help others,happy yourself.助人为乐。

Step 5: Summer up

What have you learned today?

Which group is the best?

Step 6: Homework

1、新单词抄写三遍。

2、听录音,并把将今天所学说给家长听。

3、和同学用英语进行红绿灯游戏。
