　　金宗树脂全套智能设备，由反应釜等依工艺要求而选定的附属设备及智能生产控制系统组合而成，实现自动化生产，依托物联网系统，实时监控每台设备的运行情况，每日形成报表，工厂运作情况，一目了然，实现工厂智能化，数字化。

　　金宗自动化涂料生产线，采用自动生产工艺，从进料到出料在电脑操作完成，大部分工序采用封闭式自动操作，省时、省力、节能、环保，同时避免了化学物质对人体的伤害。
