MORSE究竟是什么？？？

实际上，MORSE是华威大学在上世纪70年代时创立的精算专业，将数学、经济学、运筹学和统计学四大学科完美结合的跨学科专业。MORSE专业以数学为基础，以商业知识，经济金融知识为学科背景，拥有较强的综合性。

【MORSE课程设置】

MORSE专业的学制为三年，三年的课程设置由商科、数学、经济、统计必修课程外加自由选修组成。前两年的数学和统计分析为第三年的进一步学习提供了良好的数据统计基础。所学的经济学为计量经济学，涉及到大量的数学推导和演算。可以说，该专业是将数学完美的应用于商业领域的典范。下图为MORSE专业的课程设置结构：

​MORSE的申请难度不算很大。对于A-Level学生来说，可以采用以下任何一种方式来满足成绩要求：

A-Level成绩为A*AA,其中数学为A*,高等数学为A

A-Level成绩为A*A*A，同时AS阶段的成绩要达到A，其中数学为A*,AS阶段的高等数学成绩为A。

A-Level成绩为A*A*A*,包括数学成绩在内

A-Level成绩为AAA，附加提交两门STEP考试成绩或者在AEA中获得Merit(包括数学)的成绩。

雅思成绩要求：总分6.5，单科成绩不低于6.0

接受因deferred entry 而gap的申请人

以预估成绩和实际成绩以及文书作为录取依据，一般情况下没有面试。
