　　对于部分使用工业冷水机组的用户，可能中途因为某些原因需要充注制冷剂(制冷剂的选用可参考《冷水机对制冷剂的10个要求及选用原则》)，但却无法判断制冷剂是否充注过量，以及充注过量会对机组有何危害。其实，当冷水机组制冷系统的制冷剂过量时，一般会产生以下现象：

　　1、若冷水机组制冷系统内制冷剂过量，会占去冷凝器内的部分容积，从而减少了传热面积，削弱了热交换，导致冷凝温度升高，冷凝压力升高。

　　2、会导致冷水机组制冷系统蒸发温度上升，蒸发压力上升，冷水机的制冷效果下降。

　　3、制冷剂充注过量会使冷水机组制冷压缩机的吸气压力升高。

　　4、由于制冷剂过量，制冷剂液体或未完全蒸发的液滴进入压缩机气缸内，可能引起湿压缩甚至液击现象。

　　5、启动负荷加重，电动机启动困难，严重时会因电流过大而烧毁电动机。
