W: Wait a minute. The match just got exciting. Score! Yeah!

M: I hope we’ll have a good flight. I’m going to Berlin on business. What about you?
W: I’ll go there for a vacation. I don’t like flying and sometimes I suffer airsickness.
Text 3
W: All right. We promised each other we’d get this report done today. Let's get started.
M: Ah, it's such a beautiful day. Can't we go for a walk and do this later?
W: No, we'll need to return these books to the library by five o'clock. We really have to do this now.
Text 4
M: What a terrible fog after the light rain.
W: So it is. There may be a heavy snow in the near future
Text5
M: I went to the art gallery the day before yesterday, but it was closed. I wonder why?
W: Oh, it's always closed on Saturday, but it stays open on Sunday.
Text 6
W: Next, please.
M: Yes. How much does a ticket to New York cost?
W: 35 dollars.
M: That's really expensive. Are there any other trains going to New York this afternoon?
W: Well, there is another train which arrives in New York at midnight and then continues to go to Boston the next morning.
M: How much is the ticket of that train?
W: It’s 23 dollars.
M: That sounds better. I’d like two tickets, please. Here is the money.
W: OK. Here are your tickets and have a nice trip.
Text 7
M: I was thinking of starting my own business.
W: What kind?
M: I know you wanted me to take over your restaurant business, but to be honest, I can’t stand working in the food industry.
W: Don’t worry. I knew that about you a long time ago.
M: I thought maybe you and dad could lend me some money to open a skate-boarding shop.
W: That's possible. Do you have a business plan?
M: Not in writing, but I’ve thought of all the details.
W: What would make your shop different from the others’?
M: I thought we could make our own T-shirts.
W: It sounds OK to me, but you’ll have to talk to your father about this.
Text 8
W: Hello, I'd like some information about your trip to Hawaii.
M: Yes, of course. What kind of information can I provide for you?
W: Well, how do we travel?
M: We’ll fly since it is fast and efficient. When we get there, we will have a special coach for you, so you needn't pay extra to rent a car.
W: How many people are there in a group?
M: 30 people
W: So many. Is there any smaller group? I had hoped I could enjoy the beautiful scenery and relax completely instead of waiting for other people to get together.
M: Yes. There is a smaller group of 10 people, but the fee is a bit higher.
W: OK. The only thing I care about is whether I can have a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Next, where shall we depart?
M: We’ll leave from London, and return to London.

M: Hello and welcome to today's Career Tomorrow. Today we are going to look at another kind of job—doctors. We have with us Dr. Cassie Brown, who is a doctor at the Royal London Hospital. Hello Cassie, how did you first become interested in medicine?
W: Well. I had a friend whose mother was a doctor, and I thought her job might be interesting.
M: So how did you find out more about the job?
W: Well, I became a volunteer in a hospital and worked for a doctor. I soon realized that this career was the right one for me.
M: So what did you need to study at university?
W: I studied Healing Science, and then I received a master’s degree.
M: How long did it take you to become a qualified doctor?
W: Once I had finished my degree, I had to work for one year before I became qualified, so it took me five years.
M: How many hours do you work every day?
W: Well. I work normal hours—nine to five.
M: What do you like most about your job?
W: It's never boring. In fact, I feel sorry when I have to have a day off!
M: It sounds like the perfect job! Thanks for speaking with us, Cassie.

I can' t decide what I want to eat for dinner tonight. Do I feel like Italian food or Thai food? Indian or Chinese? American or Turkish? I don't need to travel around the world; all these choices are available in a typical inner city in Australia.
Australian food has many different cultural influences. Over the past century, people from many countries have come to Australia. These migrants have contributed to the melting pot that is Australian food. Whether you're after modern, traditional or exotic flavors, Australia's various dining scene offers a wide range of the world's great cuisines,” the Visit Victoria website noted.
Chinese students in Australia find it easy to get a Chinese meal. Cities like Sydney have large Chinatowns, but many towns in the country also have a Chinese takeaway restaurant. Popular Australian-Chinese dishes may not always seem the same as the original—honey chicken, for example—but you can still find dumplings and noodles. Even so, Australia has its own, very Australian dish: meat pie. It's a real classic! The dish is on the menu at every house party and sporting place, and is eaten every morning after a big night!
