Lesson7 On the school bus

教学目标

知识与技能目标

1)学生能够听懂、会说、认读和书写词汇umbrellaMsdriver

2)学生能在图片的帮助下理解always, oftensometimes, never等表示频度的词汇。

3)学生能认读、理解运用下列问句Do you always go to school by bus?

情感态度目标

激发学生学习英语的兴趣;通过分享有关于自己的信息让学生敢于、乐于开口,积极参与交流。并让学生在学习的过程中,培养他们的合作意识和竞争意识。

学习策略目标

培养学生通过小组合作学习从而提高学习的效率。让学生在情景中运用本课的语言点。帮助学生掌握频率副词,指导学生灵活运用这些频率副词进行自主的交流活动。

教学重难点

1)重点:学生能够听懂、会说、认读和书写umbrellaMsdriver

2)难点:利用频率副词,使用一般疑问句进行问答。

Step1.Class opening

1. Greetings.

2. Watch a movie and try to answer.Hows the weather? What are they wearing?

设计意图:歌曲视频导入,激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生听说能力。

Step2.Presentation

1. Look at the picture,what is the boy wearing? Show raincoat,boots.

What does the boy have? Show and teach umbrella ,an umbrella

What do they have? Show umbrellas.

The children have umbrellas and boots,they are dry.they dont have umbrellas and boots,they are wet. Show dry and wet.

2. Show the picture of Li Ming and Jenny,what can you see? Who are they? Where are they? Note Here is the bus stop. Here comes the school bus.

Lets get on the school bus.look,do you konw this woman?Is she a worker/teacher? No,she is a driver.show driver.

Do you know her name? She is Ms.Scott.show Ms.

3. Do Part3.exercise 1.

设计意图:通过视频图片呈现和教授新词。让学生描述课文图片,加强语言的输入和输出,引入课文学习,并且练习单词的运用。

Step3.Text learning

1. Jenny goes to school by bus,do you know about me? Look at the chart,how do I go to school?

 From Monday to Friday,I go to school by car.I can also sayFrom Monday to Friday,I always go to school by car. Show and teach always. Do I walk to school?No,I live too far from my schoo,I never walk to school. Show and teach never.

2. Does Jenny always go to school by bus? Lets listen and answer. Listen the text and answer the questions. Show and answer Jenny often goes to school by bus, he sometimes goes to school by bike. Teach often and sometimes.Practise the frequency adverbs.

3. How do you go to school? Do you always go to school by bus? Practice in pairs.

4. Read the text and fill in the blanks.

设计意图:创设情境,让学生理解频度副词,听课文回答问题,培养学生寻找关键信息的能力,让学生就自己上学方式问答练习,让学生初步学会用频度副词表达信息。

Step4.Lets sing.

1. Does Jenny like rainy days? Lets listen a song and try to find the answer.

2. Lets sing the song ,then look and match.

设计意图:通过前面的学习,把歌曲当中的生词和句子都渗透的情况下,学生可以学唱歌曲了,通过Look and match 练习,让学生进一步理解句意,欣赏歌曲的同时,在歌中学英语词汇。

Step5.Consolidation

1. Watch a miniclass.Today we learn always,often,sometimes and never,do you know them well?Lets watch a miniclass together.

2. Practise in groups.four in a group,choose one of the three tasks.

Task1,Tick and write. Task2,Tick and make up a dialogue. Task3,Make your form and make up a dialogue.

设计意图:通过微课的观看,进一步讲解频度副词的用法这个难点,拓展知识,让学生从运用频度副词表达上学方式过渡到第一单元的室内活动的表达,达到新旧知识的融合,之后的分组活动,给学生自主发挥的空间,让各种层次的学生都能得到提高。

Step6.Class closing.

1. Show the teachers weekend. I always go for a walk in the morning,I often read books in the library, sometimes I go to the cinema with my family,I never play computer games.so I have a healthy and happy life,I hope you always have a healthy and happy life.

2. Todays homework:write about your weekend using always,often,sometimes and never.

设计意图:通过呈现老师的范例,拓展到学习运用频度副词表达各种活动,培养学生书面表达能力的同时,进行情感教育。
