    鄞州区首南街道三里村南起姜山横河，西邻宁姜公路，北接绕城高速公路，东临石家村。这次到三里村是从村后进入的，一入村就看到一老宅那高大的马头墙，一般马头越多则官位越高，此为四马头，说明这家原主人的官位很高。此宅周围还有不少老宅，其中有一座被高高的防火墙包围的规模很大的宅园，可惜，里面已建起了新厂房，没有老房子了。在拍照时，问了几个住在里面的人，这些老宅的情况，结果，这些都是外来人员，没人知道。这里也和其它古村一样，有许多小巷，往南穿过一小巷就来到了村南的姜山横河，这里的环境比前面的“老宅区”好多了，河两岸已整修一新，道路整洁，河边还有一颗形状怪异的古树，这应该是三里村一景吧。三里村将于2016年拆迁改造，这些老宅即将消失。
