余姚市三七市镇的董氏三房          

    在余姚市三七市镇（旧属慈溪县金川乡），有大量的董姓聚居的村庄，其始祖为汉孝子董黯的42世孙、福建转运司提举董添。三房就是其中的一个村落，三房过去就是董氏三房的一个大宅院，由三进的正房和偏房组成，正房是七间二弄的二楼建筑，左、右偏房为五间二弄的一楼建筑，从外面看这个由三进的十七间房组成的建筑，颇为壮观，可惜一场大火，把第一进的正房给烧毁了。现在，虽然大宅院中有不少新建、改建的建筑，但绝大多数还是原汁原味的保留了下来。
