周有信，字弋展，号范香，河北涿州市人，大学文化，曾军旅工作、生活三十多年，任师职军官，大校军衔。后转业地方工作，在甘肃省委工作多年，享受正厅级干部待遇。

自幼喜爱书画艺术，多年来一直勤学勤练，数次参加全国性书画大展赛，有百余幅作品入展获奖，两幅书法作品被人民大会堂永久收藏，先后多次书画名家欧阳中石、沈鹏、李铎、张海、苏士澍、刘大为、黄永玉、范曾等老师合作出版书画专辑，得到了名家老师们的肯定和高度评价。先后任中国国家高级书法师、中国文联名誉顾问、中国文联名誉副主席，世界华人书画艺术协会名誉主席、中国国粹艺术研究会副主席、香港中华艺术家协会荣誉会长、中国书法家协会理事、中国书画家协会理事、中国书画创作院理事、中国书法研究院研究员、甘肃省国画院顾问、甘肃省诗书画联谊会顾问等职。
