The Beginning of Spring 2020

I'm afraid all the
Chinese can't forget the year 2020 and surely greeted the first of
24 terms in an absolutely different way.
My son and I
haven't celebrated the holidays together for nearly 2 years.So on
this special day which was both for the whole nation and us,I
carefully prepared the traditional food for the start of spring of
the new year.I made steamed pancakes which are my son's favorite
and he hasn't tasted since 2018.

I wake up at 12:39
this morning and knew Li Wenliang,whilstblower, had passed away.
Tears were falling down without control while I read articles and
comments about him.
So let me or let's
pray for him,the coronavirus fighter,celebrate his work and show
our respect for him.
The three things I
do during the special time are stay at home, cook 2 nessesary meals
very day and focus on the news about the virus fighting.Then
reflect on the whole thing ………………

coronavirus,the whole spring festival periods are so quiet.We stay

35小时天然酵种土司
2019年11月27-29日
特意选择了365博文，2019只剩下32天了，时间飞逝，绝不等人啊。
一直自己烤面包，因为微信的横扫，很少来博客发照片了。
今天想在此记录一下这一年的烘焙成功。
今天的这款土司实在是有历史意义，它是我入手自由烘焙这一行以来，用天然酵种烤的第一个成功的土司。
