There are various reasons for this question.

First of all, attending college or university provides benefits to their career preparations. As we know, science and technology play very important parts in our society nowadays. Therefore, a lot of companies prefer to hiring the employee who is skillful at the advanced technology, which he or she can obtain during the university. Two of my friends, xiaoqiang and xiaohong, is a case in point. The first one has been educated in university, while the other hasn’t.   In our society, men and women play different parts as a result from their different roles.
