明洁的小屋

　　改革开放以后有很多出门打工远离父母的人们独自生活在他乡。紧张的工作，快节奏的生活使得这些人不可能有太多的时间和精力下厨煎炒烹炸菜肴，洗刷锅碗瓢盆。在网上看到很多人需求“懒人”饭菜做法，想到自己多年来用微波炉做菜积累的一些经验，于是萌生了制作这个教你如何用微波炉做菜专题的想法，希望能给需要的人们带去借鉴、参考和帮助。

　　记得那时候自己租住在一个18平米的房子里，铺了两张床，还有衣柜衣橱冰箱洗衣机等物件，实在是没地方搁置煤气炉煤气瓶之类的物件了，可怎么弄一日三餐呢？想了好久，就决定买一个微波炉放在了衣橱上。可是用微波炉做家常菜，那可真是一点经验也没有啊，去书店找这方面的菜谱，可那调料配料几乎都是饭店大厨们才能够用的起来的，并不适合家庭做菜用。没有办法，只好自己尝试着做了。记得第一次尝试着烧的是一道黄豆芽，心里即忐忑又希翼，当香喷喷的黄豆芽从微波炉里端出来的时候，当时真的是很开心的呀。现在条件好多了，可我已经习惯了
