1.       引言 计算机辅助设计（Computer Aided Design，简称CAD）技术产生于19世纪50年代后期。CAD技术作为杰出的工程技术成就，已广泛地应用于工程设计的各个领域[1] 。CAD系统的发展和应用使传统的产品设计方法与生产模式发生深刻的变化，产生了巨大的社会经济效益。

在今天的实习中，主要是讲了以下几点内容：
1.蓝凌对知识管理理解;
   知识经济时代企业的核心利润源为产品、品牌以及成本;执行靠的是战略、流程以及人。
   知识管理就是运用信息技术手段将人与知识充分结合，并且创造知识分享的文化，以加速员工学习、         创造及应用知识，提升组织核心能力。知识管理架构KM=（p+k)^s,代表people,k代表Knowledge,+ 代表Technology,s代表share.所以知识必须要靠分享才能创造更多的知识.
   知识管理的对象不只是显性知识，还包括隐性知识及其载体－－人.信息管理关注管理客观存在（信息），而知识管理还关注这些客观存在对行为的影响.（知识）.信息管理使数据转化为信息，而知识管理使信息转化为知识，并部分地实现智能.知识管理以提升人的行为能力为目的来要求IT系统建设.
   KM系统是：界于信息系统与智能系统之间.知识管理对信息系统的影响：信息知识化.其实现通常分三个层次：
    部署独立的知识管理系统（知识库）
    部署功能实现知识化地工作

一、关于开户。包括股东帐户和资金帐户，根据交易所的规定，投资者在申购前必须先开户，沪市新股申购的证券帐户卡必须办理好指定交易，并在开户的证券部营业部存入足额的资金用以申购。

二、关于申购数量的规定。交易所对申购新股的每个帐户申购数量是有限制的。首先，申报下限是1000股，认购必须是1000股或者其整数倍；其次申购有上限，具体在发行公告中有规定，委托时不能低于下限，也不能超过上限，否则被视为无效委托。

三、关于重复申购。新股申购只能申购一次，并且不能撤单，重复申购除第一次有效外，其他均无效。而且如果投资者误操作而导致新股重复申购，券商会重复冻结新股申购款，重复申购部分无效而且不能撤单，

这样会造成投资者资金当天不能使用，只有等到当天收盘后，交易所将其作为无效委托处理，资金第二天回到投资者帐户内，投资者才能使用。

四、新股申购配号的确认。投资者在办理完新股申购手续后得到的合同号不是配号，第二天交割单上的成交编号也不是配号，只有在新股发行后的第三个交易日(T＋3日)办理交割手续时交割单上的成交编号才是新
