A glimpse at Beijing

 

     Beijing holds her own fascination for most people. She mixed modern elements with ancient history and culture. The Forbidden City lies in the center, weathering the storm of royal family in hundreds of years; The Bird’s Nest Stadium is located in the north, exhibiting the creativity and fashion of Beijing; Tiantan Park sits in the south, chanting the prayer for peace and harvest; Zhongguancun, the first high-tech industrial zones is situated in the west, rejuvenating the whole country through science and education; Central Business District (CBD) is in the east, creating a new ages of International trade. All of them are the landmarks of Beijing and they are in harmony with each other.

     Hi,our dear housemates!How is your spring break?We read your notes and room rules.IT'S VERY KIND OF YOU to remind us of the key and telling us sth you like and dislike.We respect those rules and definitely agree with you.Since we are newcomers here,we'll have some culture shocks.So we MIGHT offend you(we hope it never happened).However,please do remember WE DO NOT MEAN TO BE OFFENSIVE.If you are unhappy with sth we do,please tell us and the reason,we are pretty sure that it will never happened again.

    We have serval friends from The States and get along with each other so well that their eyes were full of tears when we said goodbye to them.Because they will go back to The U.S. and never come back to Macau again.They told us that people in North Carolina are very kind and friendly.So did some of my highschoo

 1 Clean up

   Meaning if you mess up,clean up.If you use the stove wipe it clean.If you use the countertops wipe it clean.If you drop sth on the floor sweep it up.Wash ur dishes.If you eat at the table wipe it off.

 2 Take out the trash!!!

   If the trash is over flowing take it out.There are trash bags under the kitchen sink.Use them.If you have pizza boxs and soda boxes take them out do not put them in the trash.

 3 Do not use things that are not yours.

   If you must use sth.Be kind and ask.If that person is not here don't touch it.

 4 Remove old food or empty containers from the fridge.

 

 Because we are women,we should want to maintain a clean sanitary lifestyle.

 前天，我失眠了，原因有点傻，就是看了《the kite runner》中的一个情节被吓得翻来覆去的睡不着觉，思绪不由得四处闲逛起来。

    (一)爸爸和东平伯伯

    先是想到了这次回福建和爸爸的彻夜长谈，他第一次红了眼睛，而当我听了他的故事，也差一点就哭了出来。爸爸小时候家里很穷很穷，家里的成分有不好，孩子又特别多，在一个小村子里，要一边干农活一边上学。我的东平伯伯大爸爸两岁，比爸爸早一年上学，为了跟爸爸一起，他休了一年的学，一年后就跟爸爸在一个班上课，爸爸说东平伯伯小时候学习很好很好，但是只上到高一，家里实在供不起几个孩子一起上学，东平伯伯就自愿退了学去打工供爸爸读书。后来东平伯伯在外做生意，经过他的努力，再加上平时为人很讲义气，90年代初，他家真的富了起来，那个时候他家就有十几万了，要知道，那个时候十几万在北京都不算是个小数目，那时万元户都是很少见的。印象中，照片上的伯伯和他的两个孩子很快乐，很幸福，生活也很富裕。

    可是，好景不长，伯伯后来办了一个鞋厂，赔得一塌糊涂......这次去晋江那边看到他家里的情况，真是太......听爸爸说，厂子

    这次算是彻底栽在中通上了，怎么就这么马虎，这么这么想当然，后面的题都不看！！！！！！！！！！！想想都觉得恶心，不知道gpa会被它拉成什么样子，呃，天啊！考完试要做一份深刻的检讨，好好想一想，好好总结一下，到底是怎么回事！！！明天的数学，更要加油了，尽量要把分数补回来……

 

    好消息是，有人要回北京了，让我帮忙代几天的家教，能帮到她，真的真的很开心！呵呵，她总是帮我，常常想要怎么样报答她，我知道如果我说不要报酬的话，她一定不答应，请她吃饭吧，她也说不要......呃，幸好这次能帮上些忙，但是又不是单纯的帮忙，还要跟钱扯上些关系...要是再遇到什么一定一定跟我说啊，我一定尽全力帮你的^^(这次的饭我请定咯^^)

 

    回到这次的考试，这次的题出得还是挺好的（相对于科大的实际情况来说），尽管我有很多的题都拿不准，到现在也有不少的错误出现，但是，还是挺开心的，因为，这样的考试考了才有意义。

 

（一）路上的事   

   昨天晚上到了福建，照样是一个人，先到拱北，坐大巴到广州新白云机场，飞到厦门。早上十点从学校出发，到机场还算顺利，关键是有贵人相助。这个贵人很特别，就好像是中国版阿甘，他好像看出了我是新手，上来就问“你-要-去-哪-里？”像小学生读书一样的腔调。对于他的帮助我很不适应，都说拱北小偷骗子多，我一个人自然要提防些。可如此突如其来的帮助简直让人猝不及防，最终不得不接受了他的帮助，顺利的上了车。就在我百思不得其解阿甘的动机时，一切浮出了水面，

  “买-份-报-纸-吧？”

  “多少钱啊？”这一切原来是这么的合情合理。

  “四-块-钱”“我能不买吗？”我感觉被人敲了竹杠，毕竟一份澳门日报四块钱这……

  “帮-帮-我！”阿甘眉头稍皱了一下。

   看着他一脸的委屈与渴望，我最终买了一份报纸。对于这样的事，我想这也算是社会主义特色吧，谁叫咱国家贫富差距这么大的啊。我想和这个有些类似的还有盗版问题，在我看来，盗版决不仅仅反映的是我们中国人素质的问题，是我们的精

 昨天，土豆、豆荚、金刚&我（地瓜...）,四个人去珠海小聚，疯玩了一天，笑道肚子抽筋，整个人成半痴呆状......

    一大收获就是，我学会打台球啦！！！哈哈哈...就是技术臭了点这个......让我开球，连一个球都没碰到......气死我啦！！！嘿嘿嘿，考完试还去，HOHO~~

 

    到这边才发现原来每个地方的火锅都不一样，那酱料就是一个地方一种吃法！上次小诗过生日，请去重庆火锅，天啊，什么都吃！什么猪脑啊，鸭肠啊   重庆人太热情了，我都说我已经丧失战斗力了，准备缴械投降，还一个劲的往碗里夹……温馨提示：遇到重庆人请客吃饭，千万千万要慎重，太...太太太....太～能吃了！！！他们的料是蒜蓉的，感觉怪怪的，有些接受不了，于是开始想念北京的芝麻酱，这边
