Hey guys, I have had a lot of fun watching the Olympics on TV, although I am sad that I have not seen any of the games live.  On Saturday we will see Track and Field and maybe see Soccer on Tuesday!  The Olympics have been extremely successful and I am very proud of China.

我为汶川大地震的灾民感到很悲伤。虽然我是个外国人，但是中国是我的家，我在四川也有很多朋友。我给他们打电话都没问题。但是很多人不像他们那么幸运。说心里话，看到电视上的灾民我心里真的很难受，就像是在自己的国家发生的，就感觉是自己人受到伤害了。

虽然我很心痛，但是我同时感到自豪看到中国和全球都在给灾民这么大的帮助。我自己捐了点钱也想鼓励朋友们都捐点（少点也没有关系都能帮到灾民）。

最后想告诉我的中国朋友要记住只要我们团结起来一切都能好。大自然很不公平但是人类很坚强尤其是互相依赖的时候。这个时刻
