草根学法的博客

感谢一直关注草根学法这个傻帽的博客，很对不起各位，我有一年多时间没有更新博文了，呵呵，真的很抱歉，我现在主要在另一个博客上发文：studioboy.blog.sina.com.cn，我会尽可能把法学类的文章发在这个博客上，可惜精力有限，望大家海涵。

法学包括法学、政治学、社会学、民族学、马克思主义理论5个一级学科，共有32个二级学科。

    据国务院学位办公室发表的统计数据，我国大学授予的法学学士占学士总数的3.67%，在1999~2003年授予的硕士和博士学位中，法学硕士占硕士总数的6.86%，法学博士占博士总数的3.56%。

    另据教育部高校学生司发布的2002~2007年博士生导师资料统计，在全国大学39309名博士生导师中，有1606名是法学博导，占博导总数的4.09%。法学是成长中的学科。

    2009年，有权授予法学博士学位的大学有97所，有权授予法学硕士学位的大学共339所。
