一个龙头美资大厂，装配前需要全检，精度要求高，产能要求大，使用视觉全自动送料检查，无需人手，自动检查分拣。

1.       客户要求：

1.检测锉花的尺寸

2.检测锉花部位的长度

3.1）操作员将长钉放入震动盘

3.3）分拣机构将一颗钉送入1号检测位

Waltrontech关于手机组装产线自动锁螺丝

目前的手机组装产线，需要2个操作员专门负责锁手机螺丝，每个手机一般6-8个。

目标是节省这2个员工，就是由前端工序的操作员完成前工序后，放入自动锁螺丝机，后端工位操作员从自动锁螺丝机中取出锁好螺丝的手机。

目前手机螺丝有几种，但是是大同小异的，基本是1.2-1.4.工作面基本是平面。

目前流行的工作程序是，3轴桌上机器人驱动电批和真空系统，先移动到旁边排螺丝位吸取螺丝，然后移动到锁螺丝位锁上螺丝。好处是，使用3轴机器人，适应性广，适合手机快速更换品种的工作方式。缺点是，需要取螺丝，效率低，造价高，影响性价比，导致厂方投资抉择困难。目前多用涧槽式排螺丝机，由于螺丝很小，重量轻，卡螺丝故障频繁。
