I attended a fantastic 2-day seminar back in September, I was motivated to join the program as the biggest draw-card was to hear, meet and connect with Mr Paul Pitchford. A speaker in my integrative nutrition course he was my inspiration to learn more about nutrition, food therapy and holistic health.
My healthy journey began with brief study of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and a fascination with food therapy and using food to balance my constitution, improve my health and skin and manage the seasons. 我上个月去北京拍记录片合作一些营养活动，跟我的好朋友和生机营食厨师 Jennifer在Live Well
