这周有看到别人爽约了2次了，气的冒烟。
有幸居然被爽约也发生在我身上。
被爽约的时候，有些事需要去理解的，
比如上次马来西亚的朋友，奶奶的急病住院。
但有些让人摸不着头脑，或者是一听到就脑部充血的。
比如说是由于很忙，很累之类的烂原因。
你很忙，你很累，为什么还要应约？
你很忙，你很累，邀约的人其实更累，因为要做各种的准备。
被恶劣爽约的结果是非常显然的。
对应约人的信誉度急剧下降。
恶意失约的结果显然是明细的。
你已经扯掉了最后的遮羞布了。
当然我还是期待即使是遮羞布都不再考虑了！
还是要文明点说，sorry!我由于很忙很累无法应约了！

对于家庭观念浓厚的中国人来说，四代，五代甚至更多同堂是多么幸福荣耀的事情。
最近两天在看日本的《全能住宅改造王》，看到被很多人在得到建筑师的帮助下，实现了共享天伦的愿望，除了感动就是感动。
大家都知道日本车市非常注重人性化，在住宅改造上，也是人性化得一塌糊涂。太多太多的细节，设计如此巧妙，一物多能，甚至可以横跨几代人的距离，看着就是感动得一塌糊涂。
我所接触的日本制造业，他们也是在人性化上花了很多的心思，怪不得那些日本的员工能在一个企业终身服务，甚至是几代人都服务在一个企业。
相比之下，中国现在的企业，更多的是在强调规模和数字。而不是考虑提高品质，提高服务质量。

I am so lucky, beacause two of my grandmother, Internal and maternal one, they gave me so much teaching and love.
In the countryside children time, people were busy around with scrowded farm work, kids may run out of the school work for a unexpected city life. Because my grandmothers, they told me leanrning and wisdom is the unvaluable gift in my life.Even i were in setback, reading and learning still made me more powerful.
