《智者纳坦》中的指环意象

Translation has teeth and it terrifies. It is a striped
misfortune. It is an Icon of Transfiguration. It is conceptual. It
is miraculous. Translation was meant first as miraculous transport
(vide: Nicolas Poussin's painting The Translation of St Rita of
Cascia). It is the ineffable aspect of experience, an
encounter with the mystery of the other/Other: an epiphany!
As George Steiner had it, metaphor of translation is not a mirror
but a shaft of light cast on the original.
Even though translation belongs to the world it inhabits, it must
in some fashion retain 'the alterity of a beyond, a transcendence
that is inscribed as a trace that attests an indestructible
alterity' (Edith Wyschogrod, On Levinas). It must retain a
tiger. Beauty that terrifies.

刚刚参加完崔润嘉的婚礼，婚礼很是隆重，不光是参加婚礼，祝福新人，可能更为重要的是同学们聚一下。英才，这里都是我的初中时代的同学。一个私立学校的第一届毕业生，我们都以此而自豪，而荣耀。因为当时，它是纠集了全市最好的老师，为了一炮打响学校的金字招牌，学校不惜付出一切的教导我们。也如人所愿，第一届170余名学生全部考入重点高中，然而，我的高中离开了这个可亲可爱，在我生命中值得重要的集体。我转学到其他城市读的高中，然而，这个集体依然是我最亲最爱的最难忘的集体。

由上海翻译家协会和上海译文出版社共同承办，以推进我国翻译事业的繁荣发展，发现和培养翻译新人为宗旨的CASIO杯翻译竞赛，继成功举办了七届之后，已成为翻译界的知名赛事。今年，本届竞赛特设两个语种——英语和法语。具体参赛规则如下：
