凌峰本名王正琛，1945生于山东省青岛市。我国宝岛台湾著名影视表演艺术家。现任台湾财团法人民族文化基金会。
凌峰先生1985年获得第二十届金钟奖最佳男歌手奖。1991年主持希望工程，进行百场义演，历时七年并荣任由团中央、组织部、统战部、宣传部等部门共同组织的希望工程海外爱心委员会主任。1991年主持、制作《八千里路云和月》获得金钟奖、教育文化最佳节目奖及最佳主持人奖。2001年被中国青少年基金会聘为“扶贫助学爱心大使”，并荣获希望工程特殊贡献奖。
1991年个人捐资成立台湾财团法人民族文化基金会，举行一系列支持两岸文化交流的重要活动。
凌峰先生1990年、2000年两次参加中央电视台春节联欢晚会
为庆祝新中国成立六十周年，由中华人民共和国文化部、山西省人民政府主办，文化部民族民间文艺发展中心、山西省广播电影电视局、山西省文化厅和山西广播电视总台、山西卫视承办的“中国风·民歌会——中国原生民歌展演”、“唱响中华——56个民族庆祝新中国60华诞大型文艺晚会”大型活动将于2009年9月5日到16日在太原和朔州两地举行。郭兰英、张也、刘斌、腾格尔等众多著名歌唱艺术家将精彩亮相，台湾著名影视表演艺术家凌峰偕同山西卫视《越唱越红》主持人李戴微、《人气日报》主播雷璐担纲主持。上百位各民族优秀歌手齐聚山西，用最纯粹的“中国声音”歌
