将iPhone4S连接到计算机上，打开iTunes，按住Shift点击“恢复”按钮，在弹出的菜单中选择下载的iOS5.0.1固件，将设备升级至iOS5.0.1（在此之前，请备份个人数据。如果设备已经是iOS5.0.1固件，则可以跳过此步）。
