好久没有动我的博客了，已经快遗忘了还有他的存在了。因为平时不常上网，而且也懒的弄。太麻烦也太费时间了。现在鉴于其没有什么访问量，反而能让我写点比较隐私的东东。呵呵。

   最近心血来潮，就把网名给改了。原先那个已经用了很多年了，所以最近不断有人问我为什么把网名给改了。其实，最近一直心情不佳，被定级搞的天天做噩梦。还要面对一群莫名其妙的人的骚扰。顿时觉得一切都很没意思，心理空落落的。依然空心菜，很适合现在的心情，现在的我真的空的象空心菜一样，一片茫然，没有着落。。。

  如果真的能活的象空心菜一样我想也是不错的。。。

Murphy's Law ('If anything can go wrong, it will') was born at Edwards Air Force Base in 1949 at North Base.

It was named after Capt. Edward A. Murphy, an engineer working on Air Force Project MX981, (a project) designed to see how much sudden deceleration a person can stand in a crash.

One day, after finding that a transducer was wired wrong, he cursed the technician responsible and said, 'If there is any way to do it wrong, he'll find it.'

The contractor's project manager kept a list of 'laws' and added this one, which he called Murphy's Law.

Actually, what he did was take an old law that had been around for years in a more basic form and give it a name.

  Each student's living area at Virginia Tech has the wires to link the computer to the internet.the students can send and recieve eletronic mail,use the world wide web part of the internet ,link with other universities .send eletronic copies of their school work to their teachers,and search for books in the school's huge library.

信心：首当其冲的当然是信心。Attitude is everything！态度决定一切。在做一件事之前，如果我们自卑、彷徨、绝望，我们其实离成功越来越远。口语学习也是如此，第一步就是摆正心态，正如邱老师所言要学会gain and maintain your confidence first.我们要学会用正面的情绪感染自己，用积极的语言激励自己，要坚信impossible is nothing！不要总说自己的英语很poor，要看到自己在努力，在进步。同时，要注意给自己制定目标时，不要定得过低和过高，过低容易放松警惕，过高则容易丧失自信。总之，要大胆地说英语，自信地秀英语。

恒心：有了信心只是第一步，在口语学习的过程中还是不够的，这时就需要恒心。我们大家都知道，成功者和失败者的区别在于，成功者坚持的时间更长。口语学习是一个长期的甚至是有点枯燥的过程。有些学生三分钟热度，练了几天就不干了。有些学生三天打鱼，两天晒网，最后依然慨叹别人的口语怎么那么棒。这样学习口语肯定是无用功，只有按刚才提到的三大良方，从口语学习的四大着力点入手，一步一步循序渐进，坚持下来，才能有所进步。
