转消协的一个新闻贴. 老师说以前就没杂听说过消协, 这次算是加深印象了,干的不错,谢谢你们.但看政府,一片混乱,本来已经有法,没人去监督执行,还冒出一个不具备解释资格的建委滥用权力,出来胡乱解释,误导社会大众.其实条例上面写的清清楚楚,明明白白,时间界定的清清楚楚,但是由于一是政府没有监督执行,二是政府不作为,因为这个集体维权,流血冲突政府都不管,哎...越说越气人...法制社会乎?和谐社会乎?

如果我是律师,我就想要把成都市建委和成都市政府告上法庭.虽然是同一件事'一户一表'问题,但一个一个来谈.下辈子考虑学法律算了.

一. 一户一表成办发[2007]96号

　成都市于2007年10月31日颁布了《成都市人民政府办公厅转发〈市建委、成都电业局关于成都市新建住宅电力户表工程建设标准及实施意见〉的通知》（成办发[2007]96号，以下简称“通知”）。具体内容见附件一。《通知》就电力户表问题做出了明文规定，要求房地产开发商实行一表一户贸易结算。其中，第一条规定：“对新建住宅电力居民用户由成都电业局实行抄表、收费到户，实现一户一表贸易结算。开发建设单位负责新建住宅电力户表工程的实施，所建成的供配电设施产权为业主共有。”
　　<<通知》第三条第（六）项规定：项达不到户表工程建设标准的项目，建设部门不得办理工程竣工备案，房管部门不得办理产权证。第（七）项规定：对于在本办法实施前已开展建设工作并将于2008年1月1日后交付使用的住宅，由于未严格履行上述建设要求，应进行必要的整改并经验收合格后方可实现一户一表贸易结算。

以上写的清清楚楚,明明白白,2008年1月1日后交付使用的

In Dec.24 to Dec.28,during this X'mas holiday, we went to Bolinao,Baguio and Sagada. The route is Manila to Bolinao,over night (Dec.24) at Bolinao,the next day morning from Bolinao to Alamilus, Alamilus to Daguban, Daguban to Baguio,over two nights (Dec.25-26) at Baguio,the next day from Baguio to Sagada, over night (Dec.27) at Sagada, Dec.28 from Sagada to Baguio, and then from Baguio to Manila.

Today is Sunday that only day I can hava a rest once a week,however,I was still busy and got many things done, I was woken very earlier by Cathleen who waked at 6:00am, 9:30am I have a schedule to see someone who has a outer unit for rent and then I am going to see another broker who introduced another unit for checking. It's 9:30, not 6:00 am,OK ? My foot is getting better and better,I don't feel painful when I walk, but it's still weak,I still can't be back to basketball court. What's happened ? Yesterday, I chated with my niece over internet. My niece grows up, she was able to chat with me through QQ, I am really happy she told me she will study hard, she has raise up to middle school,and it's her first time to leave home and go to county seat alone.
