近日有机会去了一个老年人俱乐部，那里的老年人，无论是日常生活，还是精神生活都很丰富多彩。
仅从他们的娱乐生活来说， 在阳光明媚的午后，三五知己，一杯淡淡的浓茶，互相问候彼此，然后是侃侃而谈的聊天。
音乐都我们年轻人来讲，一般而言，很重要。老年人也许要轻柔的音乐。有时，当轻柔的音乐在活动大厅里响起。有些老人翩翩起舞，自在其乐。
