Brain Tumour and my Gratitude

The headache came all of a sudden. And it did not wear off so soon as before. Initially, I thought the abrupt change in the weather could be the cause, yet to find out later that it was not. Such headaches which I had experienced several times before could always be cured after one or two hours of sleep. To my surprise, sleeping did not work this time. Then a friend of mine refered me to a CT scan, for I seemed to have at least three symptons of a brain tumour. His suggestion caused me but a host of reactions, among them fear, shock and despair. I plunged into such an emotional time that I could hardly concentrate on work. Even nice music could not attract me. A future of uncertainties was what I got struck by. Nothing but a great anxiety captured me.

I have never expected that it would take me such a long time to forget a person who's ever come to me. How long time will it be long enough to recover, recover from a daydream, or from a nightmare? Will all my rest of life be long enough to prepare a funeral for my memories with you?

We used to share lots of intimacy. Being so close, heart and soul, together we played tricks, together we learnt something practical, together we read, together we wrote, together we sang, together we laughed, and together we cried... happy and joyful days are always passing at a fantastic speed.
