When I wake up this morning, I realized the snow had covered the whole world. This is never happened for last ten yeas. People walked on the snow, dog run on the snow, the tree are bowed by the snow. The snow is at least 10cm height. Weather is colder.

We put up a lot of clothes in case of any colder weather. Then my HB and I went out for work. The feeling when we were children came back when we stepped on the snow. The noise is so familiar for us and so soft. People came out to clear the snow to make the traffic smooth. There is one sentences pop up in my mind: snow takes us back to animal. Even the air is cold, but this feeling warm my heart.

Always, I think someone must get familiar with at least one industry then he can be a senior worker and make more money. English, PPT, PS are all assistant tools that can not left you to a higher level in company. However, technical work is an exception. It only depends on which developing language you are good at, which developing tool and environment you get familiar with, so doing a technical work is a good way to stay a comfortable life.

For me, a married woman, the voice from my heart leads me to where I am now. Unfortunately, I find myself really feel accomplished when I finish a English translation, PPT and doing some PS work, at the same time, by far I can not familiar with any industry. I think English, ppt and PS are about art but not just a job to make money so I feel peace when I with them.

Last few days, I feel a lot of pressure about the work, it is the first time I experienced so much requirements, bugs, talkings in these two working years. These days, this work is close to be done but my body is not feel good, get tired easily and heart is not working normally. This is a warnings of some serious problems. Then I decided to take exercise, but days are crowed with work except night, so I run for some mins after I get home everyday. By far, I have run for 8 days, I feel better and more energetic than ever before. I will keep this habit as long as I can. Present this exercise to you who wish to keep a healthy body.

As i have known, the employers in foreign country invested company are mostly 25-35 years old but seldom beyond 40 years old. Because the ones who 25-35 years old are more energetic and aggressive but ask for much lower salary. The employers seldom realize that their success (if they think high salary, good working environment and much more welfare could be the reasons for a job to be a good one) in work is not because of their great capacity in working but in a big part because of the company itself(the procedure, the company culture and the brand). Recently, I got some new understanding about life, to be successful in work and family, you must get to be a successful woman or man. But I think I am not a successful woman at first.

There are something that can make you a good woman as follows:

(1)    Be confident, confidence can make a person sparkling before his friends or family then tell other persons who you are and how to get along with you. This will make people comfortable.

(2)    Be passionate about life, this is a key to a happy life, for this maybe you must have hobs, like dancing, sports, music and so on

(3)    Be diligent and keep yourself and your house as clean as you can, if you are diligent, you will not feel bored about the housing work , dressing and exercising, you will always happy about healthy.

Base on these, I want to make myself a successfully woman, I will reorganize my lifestyle, my plan about the weekend, the most important

I am not sure if I am qualified for that work which I ever thought is my favorite one but not sure right now, but it is coming to me really. I believe that, to reach that goal, there must be such a long and tough way to go. But I think I should have a try and I must, so here I go~

Recently, I am busy with my work. Last weekend, ABV took part to the CCBN that is held every year, which is about the digital TV industry.

I was in charge of product presentation and showed what functions our product can provide to the customers.

Although I was very tired and caught a cold after that, I think it is deserved. Because, i experienced a lot of first times, such as first time to talk to people who are from India, France and the countries of Southeast Asia; first time to Hilton hotel, which is very Chinese in style and luxury in settings; first time as a translator. It is exciting and it is a breakthrough of my English improvement.
