Tom and His Plants /
Tom grows the nicest vegetables, fruits and the most beautiful flowers in the village. Plants grow in Tom’s garden all through the year and they are much better.
Tom cuts some flowers for his sitting room table, eats some fruits and vegetables, but he sells most of them in the market. His vegetables, fruits and flowers are so big and beautiful that they sell much more quickly in the market than those of other villagers.
How does Tom grow these beautiful things? He is so lazy that just sits under his orange tree with his radio. He listens to the music all day.
That is quite true. Tom plants things in spring, summer, autumn
and winter. After that he sits with his radio. When everything
grows, it is the music that does the work. Tom knows more clearly
that music makes the biggest vegetables and the most beautiful
flowers. Plants love music as much as people.
Could you please clean your room? /

Could you please take out the trash? /
Could you please fold your clothes? /
Could you please make the bed? /
Could you please clean the living room? /
Could you please do the laundry? /
Yes, sure./ 当然
All right./ 行
No problem./

Mom:
Peter, we need to clean the house. Your grandma is coming over at
7:00.
Peter: Okay, but I need to do my homework first.
Mom: Yes, that's right. After you finish your homework, let's clean the kitchen. I can do the dishes and sweep the floor. Could you take out the trash?
Peter: Yes, sure.
Mom: Good. And could you make your bed and fold your clothes?
Peter: All right.
Mom: And
let's see…I can clean the living room.
