早上的梦里看见克里斯托远远地朝我走来,我笑着打招呼,她嫣然一笑便滑肩而过.看着她的背影,仿佛记起了什么,叫住她:'嘿,我辞职了.'看得见她的惊愕。我也就此从梦中惊醒。
拉开窗帘，屋外已是阳光明媚，透过树枝婆娑地洒落在我床头，远处地铁工地发出的噪音已经没有先前那么明显，树上的菠萝蜜越来越成熟有些竟然已经坠地。嗯，这个已经到来的清晨，天上没有鸟儿飞过。沉重而渺小的时光就要在身边匆匆溜过。
可是世界却有了声响有了光。
手机清早响起，照例是工作上的事情。麻烦的vendor如影随形。马士基那些事儿啊，活脱脱就是一部vendor与cus的交战史。微笑与合作，威胁与反威胁，头痛与头大，跌宕的情节，麻烦的现在想来却有点可爱的vendor却从来没有被谁歌唱过。
我在时间背后静静等待这一切的结束。

Phoebe has done a great job on the Costco shipments and only after being in FAST for a very short time already earned herself an award. She has shown to be a great team player who is always willing to help out when her team members are in need. She has payed great contribution to help the WWW team when they needed support and had to learn that operations part in a short time. She has done that with zero service failure and has set a high standard of working.

Fiona joined Maersk one week before FACT roll out and sometimes I'm still amazed that she was able to handle all of that when still being new. She is ambitious and wants to improve herself, an attitude which is always greatly appreciated by me. She took on the FACT Coordinator and OT coordinator role - not easy ones and where she has to deal and drive team leaders. We have seen a great improvement in the OT balance since Fiona became responsible for this and she also now make actionable items for the team leaders to improve. She always keep to deadlines and looked so pretty today in pink.
Gillian looks like a vulnerable person, but she has a stomach of steel who can take a lot of challenges

Catherine smile can bring much joy to my day, as she has a real nice smile which can encourage people a lot. Catherine has played a very important role during the FACT roll-out to keep many angry vendors happy and had to be a mentor and coach to many new comers. How can I forget her strong support in getting us counter support, when many times she had to face resistance from other team leaders and also very importantly the MODS FACT coordinator for HAF. Then she took on the challenge as next team leader where she very quickly spotted opportunities for doing things better. Catherine takes a task to the end and will not give up until it is successfully completed (f.ex the LPI she had to take sick leave, but she took her responsibility serious and delivered to what she committed). 那天早上估计所有的人打开outlook都会大吃一惊。所有的人都在静静的看着下面这封躺在邮箱里面的email，那是Nadia在凌晨两点发送出来的，给所有的人的邮件。全球金融危机，中国出口萎缩，人心惶惶，faster内部人员流失。所有的这一切，令来自南非的白人姑娘Nadia睡不着，发出来了这封mail.当然知道，当领导的艺术，就是要在关键时刻，士气低迷时，适时地motivate大家。不管别人怎么看，自己觉得Nadia无论是为人还是为领导，魅力从此都是相当大。

长假结束之后,接踵而至的却是恐怖梦魇的一周,人好似陀螺,不停地旋转.一个字,累.
每天晚上回家都很晚,洗个澡,立马把自己疲惫的身躯扔到床上.但是大半夜里通常是睡睡,醒醒.有时突然间地睁开眼睛,眼前方佛间依稀有点灯光,看看手机却只是凌晨六点而已.于是强迫着自己继续睡下去,但越想睡觉却睡不着.
这样挣扎间,日头已然透过窗户射进明晃晃的阳光来.时针滑到八点半.揉揉睡眼惺忪的眼睛,该起床了,瞅着镜子里的我,唉,憔悴的面容,又得上班了啊.
好在出得了门,有凉风吹过耳梢,阳光星星点点透过树叶洒落在街道上,风在起,阳光欢快的舞动.心情禁不住会好一点.偶尔一阵风起来,凉意透过衬衫让肌肤感觉到秋天的来临.
对,秋天来了.现在的长沙,北方的朋友,该要穿单衣了吧.
后假期综合症吧,我想.
周末好好一定要好好睡觉.

我们的经理叫Nadia小姐，来自南非的土生土长的白人美女，一个名副其实的工作狂人加女强人。早上开机看mail时经常会看到她给我们的任务书是在晚上凌晨时发出的。可以想象无数个夜深人静之夜，我们敬爱的经理经常一个人端坐在电脑前敲打着冰冷的键盘，面对着闪烁的屏幕，无法想象一个远在异国他乡之人是如何，何以这样能够年复一日，日复一日的坚持，是什么激励着她这样的夜以继日？
她常常笑言，工作能够消除寂寞。
诚然如此。
这几天一直在准备Nadia交给的training任务，撰写summary,整理ppt,制作booklet。每天晚上要熬到凌晨一点多钟，然后身体困到不行，打着哈欠，摊到床上，直到刺眼的阳光再次揉醒疲乏的双眼。少想了很多事情，兴许这就是我的生活。简单的，有什么不好？
再次说到Nadia，不得不感激她，在MAERSK工作最主要的是，你会经常碰到对你真心真意好的上司。因为她的出现，我现在才能不断得到别人没有的锻炼的机会，让我能够在别人很少有的机会里接触公司高层，看到很多OPERATION之外的事情。
每次看到maersk 的Logo,心里都会有别样的情怀，那种
