来加国以后打过几份工，打工的时候感觉是：老板为什么都这么恶？！为什么每个老板都让他的员工每分每秒充分体现他的价值？！那时我想：如果某天我做老板了，一定要做一个善老板，不能让员工背后戳着我的脊梁狠狠地说：这老板真不是个玩意！

今儿不想特意的表自己如何是一个好老板，好老板确实难当，可我总觉得人心换人心八俩换半斤，只要你努力了付出了，再混再恶的人心里也应该明白你是什么样的人。

作为员工遇到一个好老板不容易，作为老板遇到一个兢兢业业的好员工更不容易，因为很多人打工的目的就是为了赚钱，每天八小时来上班你就得pay8小时的工资，至于活干得慢快两说着，干活时是否走脑子更是两说着(点点是一个很挑剔的人，不是因为额恶的原因，是∵额太能干了，∴一般干活能被额看上的人实在不多)。开店几个月里来来走走了几个员工，‘平’是我遇见的最敬业的一个员工也是最好的一个员工。

时间过得真快，当个芝麻老板一晃转眼忙忙碌碌的过了四个月了。

芝麻老板是自己安慰自己，给自己取了个好听的头衔，其实说白了是一个“头号”“超级累”身兼多职的打工仔。在超累的同时自然有苦有乐，如果说一天中有十件事情，大概只有三件是顺心的事情，剩下的都是不顺心和头痛的事。

四个月里真的是故事多多，讲也讲不完。四个月里经常想--发生的这事应该拿博里写写，呵，这事也该写写...没时间写博了真的想写博，有时间的时候...？唉，人总是这样！

A:“这里谁是老板？”

“谁是老板？我是呀！”

A:“你做这个店多长时间了？”

近来实在是有点儿忙，是因为......不折不扣地当了一个芝麻大的老板，不是老板娘是老板。

还没写完，要去忙了
