There are not many things to do in the office today.
It's boring to call to the suppliers to fax their
certifications of running business and paying tax which are
required by their compacts to the company. I call some
suppliers again and again from Monday to Thursday because they
always promised but didn't send the fax. This task was assigned to
me by the Purchasing Department(They use 'MD' for short, however, I
don't know which word it stands for), because all members in
Purchasing Dept would attend a meeting at their headquater in
Shanghai.
The manager of MD is a woman who impressed me on my first day
in the office. She is capable and experienced, and is also very
strict with her underlings.But she looks kind even when she was
critising her underlings.
I am curious about the work in Human Resourse Dept. The HR has
interviews frequently. Perhaps it is really hard to find the
