I have started reflecting on the fact that my father grew up in the South, in a very poor family. He came of age during the Depression and his own father, who struggled to feed his children, showed little affection towards his family and raised my father and his siblings with an iron fist. Who could have imagined what it was like to grow up a poor black man in the South, robbed of dignity, bereft of hope, struggling to become a man in a world that saw my father as subordinate. 我退休了！

    几年前就已经下好的决心——退休，可是由于一些教研的工作比自己预计的要晚了一年多才完成，所以到了现在才从心底和工作上彻底放下，正式宣布退休！

    《富爸爸，穷爸爸》的理念很好，我觉得还是适合我这样的人。“30岁退休，你做到了吗？”这是里面的原话，当然看过书的朋友不会联想到中国人50多岁从岗位上退下来什么都不干的“退休”。

    从1999年到今年，我从事疯狂英语已经10个年头了，该做的都做了。其实，最初的我根本没想当什么讲师，只是想做个市场人员，果然进公司也是做市场宣传工作，只是由于一次暑假集训营因为缺老师把我拉了进去，就此做了9年多的老师。如果用两个词来形容我在疯狂英语的感受就是——“煎熬”与“感激”。感谢这十年疯狂英语和李阳老师给我的这个平台，我身上的每个细胞都在一次次的挑战中不断地超越自己，几乎每次改变都

    最近听说老家要被拆迁了，心里挺酸的，整个童年都是在那里度过的。后来在初中所学的《从百草园到三味书屋》我都觉得没感觉，因为小时的快乐远比鲁迅叙述的要丰富的多。一个人十三岁前经历的一切都会潜移默化的影响他的一生。感谢老家、老屋、黄土地给了我融入大自然的机会。其实，上中学前我都没有时间的概念，天天都在玩，有种无始无终的感觉。说来有意思，当中学语文老师读某个同学描写景物的作文多么好的时候，我都嗤之以鼻，因为在房前屋后的每个细节很多人根本就没体验过。

    掏鸟窝发现有几十种窝型；挖老鼠洞发现有四个以上出口；蚂蚁好玩放到枕头里面养；夏天时每天都在池塘里泡三个小时，谁叫都不走；上学时经常迟到，都是上课老师没留神从后面窗户跳进来，被老师发现后一顿痛打……

    “读题、翻译、讲答案”是我们针对中学小学生英语考试的核心方法。一句话已经包涵了拿高分的练习方法。我说过把核心的东西反复练到条件反射后，举一反三就成了自然的事。“成就感”是建立在反复练习后的收获上，而不是做过多少题的数量上。同样的东西，练上十几遍，就算是老师不讲解都会练出“题感”来。

    很多英语老师就连总结和分类这么简单的东西都不去做，太可惜了。无论用什么教材都无所谓，关键是看期末和中高考都考什么。教材不是最重要的，什么教材都可以冲击中高考，关键是最后能够落实在练习题上。出考题的人是绝不会把句子原封不动的放到试卷上的。当然初一的学生对原封不动的句子也会晕头，那是因为练习的熟练和条例不够。

    下面是初步总结出来的练习，供大家参考。记住，一个学期的核心考点要在一整套练习材料中有一个集中的体现，最后让学生对整个学期的知识点耳熟能详！！
