卖个房子实在不易，这是我昨天办完手续的最终感受。这儿年卖房子的人多拽啊，可是这次因为一些原因弄得我们实在狼狈。

跟对方的买卖合同一直没有签订下来，弄得我这个经常面对合同的人心里悬吊悬吊的。一方面心里很想卖房子，另一方面绵竹的房子确实不好卖，特别是震前的房子。本来就是A级，但对方也很狡猾，非要说心里有阴影，靠这点来压我们的价，哎，说心里话，换我我也这么做。算了，这点可以忽略。

看房子的第一天，买方就很有意买下，跟我们交谈了一次，降了很有诚意的价格1W，回家被老婆还P斗了，房子都在涨价，虽然确实有地震的因素，但是降也不能降那么多啊。但是我心里也很明白，我们卖房子的心里想法都跟别人卖房不太一样。过了元旦，对方又邀约一起谈具体过户事宜了，09年和10年的二手房税率不一样，对方很想在年前把房子过户了，这样就能节省点钱，我们也表示理解。但是12月31号才看的房，就用一天时间来搞定过户手续，这简直是太难了，没出所料，31号那天所有银行和公积金都扎帐了，停止办理。对方又提出一个难以让人接受的条件，让买卖双方共同承担多出来的税率部分。我顿时无语，经过再三磋商，给付一些。我们作为卖方已经把能做的事情都做了，剩下的就是买方努力去弄了，在最后签署合同后，这一笔多余税率也划去了。

对于我们这个卖房来说真的是仁至义尽了，我们负责跑一些关系，把本身需要一个月才能办完的事情，一天就办完了，对方居然还扣我母亲非常喜欢的一个穿衣镜。在写家具清单的时候还想把家具品牌写上去，对方一味的让我们让这个让那个，对一个有感情了的穿衣镜都不让，我实在是忍不下这口气，要不是因为一些原因，我不卖这房子了。

想想结果页还行，毕竟房子是卖出去了，期待新年新的变化。你好，我好，大家都好~

11月25日启程。20小时的旅程让我精疲力尽，好想有张床能让我趟趟，想念中午才睡过的棉花堆。20小时里我寻找着某小孩一闪一

闪的头像。我不想走远，我就在你身边。

12月3日回程。9天里思念、惊喜、激动，担心、成功的喜悦。我要回来了。。。我找到了回来的理由。

我一直都觉得自己是一个词穷的人，没什么大事儿发生的话我还真写不出什么东西，就喜欢喝着咖啡和朋友聊聊旅游、摄影、吃喝。。。

他们都说我变了，确实我变了，变得让自己更接受了。过去的内向是那时的环境造就的，现在的”OPEN”是工作和自我主观能动致使的。我永无休止的在寻找自信，我发现没有自信的我和现在完全是两个人。

他们都说我把每一天当做最后一天在过，谢谢你们能这么说，因为这让你们觉得我是活得很快乐的，你们不用担心我老小伙的处境，我就追求个随心随意，我能看见一个很好的她向我走来。

Long time ago, I thought Google is only a search machine. Now, I must take the thought away. You can see a lot of Google thing in my laptop, for instance, Picasa (photo management), Google pinyin input method, sketchup(3D design) and the most expressive is the Chrome.

Google always do some surprised thing, they are dying for innovation. Recently the launched browser, Chrome, is seemed the strongest competitor to IE, Firefox, navigator and any other browser. Chrome is really a piece of cake for you to use,. It open source, and written from scratch, and will feature many improvements such as multithreading, enabling separate threads to render separate tabs, preventing an overall browser lock-up due to a faulty page or, more frequently, a JavaScript glitch.

There is no perfect man in the world, it is the same to Google. Online bank, flash support is also the flaw for Chrome. I hope Google launch the next beta edition soon.

Once upon a time, I figured out that the DEC (our headquarter) is the bogus company. Why would I say that? Because every year we (DTC) must give our profit about 1 billion RMB to them. I always think the DEC don’t have any substance, just like machines, workers….only they have is the “beer belly” person sitting at the comfortable office to command what u should do, when you must finish. God dame it! May it’s exaggerate, anyway, I just feel so bad. Fortunately, I talk to myself take it easy, easy… now, it’s OK~~~whatever I do my job efficiently, orderly. That is the point.

 When I was in Malaysia, I have known what the tropical rain is. It comes suddenly and goes away in the jiffy. One time, I call to my friends and express the rain is like “somebody pouring the water to you”. Today is white dew, it is so difficult to see the rain have been lasting for 2 hours. Thanks to the soil in Malaysia have good water permeability, otherwise there must be flooded.
