     In lunar calendar，I was born in 1944 February 23. So, I'm already 79 years old this year. From today on, I began to write about my retirement diary.

      I got up at 6:30 this morning.  After washing my face and brushing my teeth, I cooked our breakfast. After breakfast I go out to take a walk by the river for 4000 steps. At about 11 o'clock, I cooked rice for our lunch and my wife bought some meat for us. After lunch I went to bed for a while and then I go out to take a walk again. This time I walked another 4000 steps around the Nanyang Liberation Square.
