The statement shows the relationship between outsiders and study. In contemporary society this is a popular debate, but the conclusion is certainty. While every subject needs enough professional researchers engage in, outsiders bring their kownledge and experience would prompt the levels of the study.

With the development of science and technology, every subject is too professional to master in a short time. Without the professional researchers, it is hard to make any progresses on any study, so the professional researchers play a very important role on study. Take mathematician as example, learning the basic theorems and formulas needs several years after he or she can receive the kownledge about that , but it is only the beginning, it will needs more time to establish the systermatical realizition on maths, then he

The first important fallacy is that the number of agents is not the properties of a good firm. The agents of Fitch are less than Adams, but if the products of the agents in Fitch are three times as high as that of Adams, the better one is Fitch. Also part-time worker is not the factors of a good agent, because part-time workers who have more opportunities to meet more people may have more chances to sell houses, it may be the advantage of Fitch. So the arguer’s evidences about agents can not support the conclusion.

The second important fallacy is that the arguer ignores that Adams has more 15 persons than Adams. The reven
