    The differences that I know between

           English and French     Jul.8^th

    Today is the third day, I continue to learn pronunciation this morning. Some of the pronunciation are interesting and sound strange. There are many differences between English and French. Now I’m going to remark some of them.

    1. The rules of pronunciation. For English, my teacher often tells me not to forget to read the last consonant, like “t, d, l”. But, in French, generally speaking, the last consonant, expect “l, c, f and r”, often keep silence.

    2.In English, the accent in the words are irregular, some are in the first syllable, for example: “roadside”, and some are in the second or in the last syllable, like “refuse”. But in French, for each word, the accent is in the last syllable. I think, it’s easier for m

    Today is the beginning of learning French. I was very curious to learn it, and in the meantime I was very nervous. For me, French is a new thing. Genuinely, know nothing about this language, so I have to start from the letters just like the beginning of my English study. Before the lesson, my teacher told me that, French was much more difficult than English, I must have more patience in learning it and work harder, if I don’t, I can’t go further.
