The second  day we went to the golden beach, so many people there but we loved the boiled peanut so much.

    一期一会，融会到茶道的仪式里，就是通过一系列的茶道活动，包括水、饭、谈、茶四大步，最后完成时使亭主和主客、从客静心清志，由内到外自然涌现出一种“一期一会、难得一面、世当珍惜”之感，苍凉而略带寂寥。进而思考人生的离合、相聚的欢娱，使参与者的精神境界接受一次洗礼，达到更高的状态——冥想中的涅盘。这，是一期一会的道理，也是茶中的道理。
　　“一期”表示人的一生；“一会”则意味仅有一次的相会。百多年前大将井伊直弼诠解道，“茶会也可为‘一期一会’之缘也。即便主客多次相会也罢。但也许再无相会之时，为此作为主人应尽心招待客人而不可有半点马虎，而作为客人也要理会主人之心意，并应将主人的一片心意铭记于心中，因此主客皆应以诚相待。此乃为‘一期一会’也。”人生及其每个瞬间都不能重复。 “一期一会”提醒人们要珍惜每个瞬间的机缘，并为人生中可能仅有的一次相会，付出全部的心力；若因漫不经心轻忽了眼前所有，那会是比擦身而过更为深刻的遗憾。
