竞千金

              Hello everybody! I have participated Revenue Management Academy One Training for three days in July. The first day was basic knowledge about Revenue Management; the second day was the relationship between Hotel Reservation System with Central Reservation System; the third day was how to do the forecast.

              I have learned so much knowledge from these three days training, not only the knowledge and methods of Revenue Management, but also gained much useful information from other sister Hotels in different area or different cities. I acknowledged so many friends from other Hotels of Greater China which are all Revenue Manager or Director, from whom I learned a lot of different ideas and suggestions which broadened my horizons (such as Jerry Fan, haha...).

              This training was hold in St. Regis Shanghai which located in Pudong new area of Shanghai. This Hotel has already opened for ten years, but still keep its modern hardware and software. It really reflects our Starwood Hotels five star service standard and our best brand.

              I think the success of training was not only in the result but also in the process. The process of Revenue Management itself is full of flexibility and challenge, which needs to know the market information and news at any time, then needs to do the right decisions in the right moments, in which I’m very interested.

              In the future work, I will learn from our Revenue Director Terry Gu continuously to complete myself beyond fulfilling Reservation daily job. Let’s work better together to maximize our Hotel revenue and profits.

　　1、荷兰弗里西亚省

　　弗里西亚是荷兰北部的一个省，到过这里的人一定会对这面代表弗里西亚的旗帜记忆犹新。图案中的红点是不是让你联想到一款经典的游戏呢？其实，这面旗子的历史悠久，且这些红色的公仔也和“吃豆”没有任何联系，而是百合花的叶子。

　　2、关岛

　　关岛的旗子确实非常滑稽，看上去倒像是纪念品商店买到的体恤衫，真不晓得把这件“体恤”升到旗杆上是什么效果。

　　3、贝宁帝国

　　这是昔日贝宁帝国(1440-1897)的国旗，是不是“很牛很血腥”呢？贝宁帝国又称达荷美王国，是一个非洲人建立的奴隶制王国。

　　4、斯威士兰

　　注意！这并不是一条浴巾，而是斯威士兰王国的国旗，斯威士兰是非洲东南部内陆小国，北、西、南三面为南非所环抱，东与莫桑比克为邻。

　　5、马恩岛

　　马恩岛的象征是三条腿组成的图案，马恩岛位于英国和爱尔兰之间的海域中，是英国的皇家属地。三腿图的历史可以追溯到十三世纪，它有着更深层的寓意：“无论你怎么扔它(无论扔到哪里)，它都能站得住脚。”

　　6、比利时安特卫普省

　　比利时安特卫普省的旗子真是花里胡哨，该省由三大区组成：安特卫普市、马林市、蒂伦豪特市。

　　7、莫桑比克

　　一本书、一把锄头和一架AK47似乎风马牛不相及的物件组成莫桑比克的国旗。

　　8、吉尔吉斯斯坦

　　吉尔吉斯斯坦国旗的中间是一个网球吗？

　　9、不丹

　　不丹的国旗由金黄色和桔红色的两个直角三角形组成，中间一条白色的飞龙，四个爪子各抓一颗白而亮的宝珠。

　　10、北马里亚纳群岛

　　北马里亚纳群岛(位于太平洋西部)旗子好像是“拼贴”而成的。

　　11、美属维尔京群岛

　　一看就知是美国的领地，这是美属维尔京群岛的旗子，这片群岛位于加勒比海地区。

　　12、中非

　　中非共和国的旗帜。

　　13、意大利伦巴第区

　　意大利伦巴第区的旗帜。

　　尼泊尔的国旗形状奇特，而非长方形，在世界上独树一帜。

　　15、利比亚

　　真不知道该如何评价利比亚的国旗，简直是太有创意了，旗帜通体绿色，没有任何图案。

    是深夜到的杭州,一路风尘仆仆,却没有一点睡意,静,美。

    路过西湖,到了江南驿.它就像个世外桃园,有种莫名的亲切.还是忍不住夜里就去看了西湖,我不想形容.

    这个生日过得特别,25岁。6月6号从杭州到扬州.扬州又别有洞天,精致,悠闲.

    从西湖到瘦西湖,从雷峰塔,岳庙到扬州八怪,个园,无不让我惊叹江南风光好,祖国山河壮!听"歌吹古扬州",看"二十四桥明月夜,玉人何处教吹箫",闻八怪"恶衣恶食诗更好,非佛非仙人出奇",我才懂"壮志饥餐胡虏肉,笑谈渴饮匈奴血.待从头,收拾旧山河,朝天阕"!

    给我留下深刻印象的还有杭州和扬州的美食。杭州的醉蟹,江南驿的烤面包和午餐,时令蔬菜和水果;扬州更胜一筹,食为天的晚餐,富春茶楼的早茶,让我这个吃喝小美女大饱口福又不禁赞叹！

    离愁有多浓在江南烟雨中.

    今天哥哥结婚了。

    看着哥哥深深的吻了嫂子,我的眼睛也湿润了.也许每一对恋人从相识，相知，相恋到走进婚礼殿堂都是坎坷的，但却幸福。就是这样。至少我这样认为。

    忙里忙外了几个月，就为这一天。今天哥哥依然那么帅，嫂子也格外有气质。大家都很高兴！竞竞衷心祝愿你俩，永结同心。

　　今天第一次看见了我外甥女儿．

　　因为姐姐昨晚才从深圳回来.她6月2号就过百岁儿了,她很可爱,很乖,眼睛很大,黑眼球也特别大,她望着我,仿佛能把我看透.虽然她还不会说话,但我知道她喜欢我,众人之中她只对我笑.这让我高兴了一整天!

    姐姐比以前更漂亮了,虽然胖了一些,但却多了浓浓的母性美.这种美,尤其美.

    我也当小姨了...

        When I face the computer I feel my vocabulary is limited, in another word, it’s so long a time I haven’t write something in English, as a result, I forget so many words! But I won’t let this trend continue, I will fix myself, ha … 

        These days I have a good mood cause… you know! Somebody told me that I had a lot of solecism which I should improve, and I will do as your instruction.

        Last Sunday we went to a far away seaside restaurant to eat big crabs, it’s so delicious that I can’t express their daintiness. After such a full lunch we went to the beach and wanted to fix a tent, but the wind is a little big even crazy to blow us away, so we gave up this idea and changed a place. But we, actually it’s you, couldn’t abandon your willingness so you tried again and congratulatory, you succeeded! Because of you, we spent a wonderful day on the beach, although we both got whole body sands, but who cares? He h ….

        Next station, two cups of coffee!

        I really want to use my limited little power to make you happy, to let you feel relax after a whole day work, and never need to drunk.

    这个冬天终于过去，多雨的季节又来临。我不喜欢冬天，也不喜欢下雨。因为冷清。

    朋友越来越多，寂寞却不因此而少一点。但寂寞并不代表空虚，一个人品味生活，反而多了一点奢侈。

    你站在桥上看风景，看风景人在窗上看你。此刻，我正细品巴伐利亚现磨咖啡，望着窗外匆匆走过的行人，心中窃喜，孰不知自己已成为别人风景画中的一抹。

    朋友们都在不停奔波，为了心中值得自己去奔波的小幸福，小理想。

    我太爱眼前凝望着的这片海，深邃，豁达，不拘泥。每天每天，朝阳夕阳，风停风动，低调得炫耀着他的万千姿态。我也太爱听海涛的声音，沙哑，真实，南腔北调，我更爱听他唱歌，唱太委屈，唱独家记忆，唱小小的太阳...

    后来才发现，其实我是个念旧的人。可时间不会因为你的回忆而稍作停留，所以说，念旧不是好事。有的时候人们抱怨相逢恨早，有的时候人们埋怨相遇恨晚。什么时候才算合时，什么时候才是真。

    总有一样东西能刺激你的神经，对我而言是音乐。冷的时候用来取暖，闷的时候可以解愁，没有什么能比你更亲近。正如我喜欢梨花，并不比梅花，海棠来的娇艳，可她更坚强，暴雨也打不落梨花一地。

    梨花香，是你陪我轻轻唱。

    Separate from the pleasure of your company, I don’t care if I never see another place in my life. This is the answer for your yesterday’s question. I was still full of fervor; it seemed to me that I could move mountains. I started at the top and worked my way down. I keep my face to the sunshine and I cannot see the shadow. There are many paths to the top of the mountain, but the view is always the same. He has spent his life best who has enjoyed it most. God will take care that we do not enjoy it any more than is good for us.

    This time I wanna talk about...my Constellation-Gemini. Totally two person! It’s really a great constellation, good personality, kind heart, and is a genuine Optimistic. Always have a wonderful mood no matter how bad the day, which I am really appreciate. We all love music and art, and also born with them. We have an innateness of wondering, romance and art. In this case, I love my life, although sometimes it’s difficult as all other lives, it’s okay. There are so many different and amazing things happened around us, did you find them? I can.

    Sometimes even I cannot understand myself, and I never feel lonely whenever I stay alone. I can play with myself, dance with myself, it’s really a nice time, I suggest you all should try.

    For my balance? It is Balance! I don’t know the exact name of this constellation, just call it Balance, you know? You said, one side by one, never fight! I love your saying.

    These days feel cold cause the weather got colder. Winter is coming as my loving summer has past, especially this amazing Olympic Sailing Summer. All summer long, I love this song. It was 1989... ...

So long a time not update my blog, but it doesn’t mean that there are no things to write, opposite there are so many things happened in my daily life no matter big or small.

Firstly I want to say that I’m good, really good. Everything is everything, nothing special, just as normal, but this is life, right? So, enjoy it.

After a long holiday of October, does everybody feel relax? I’m not really feel great although I have traveled to Pekin, cause travel is one of the most double-dealing thing, you know, wherever you go, the person who to be with you is of vital importance. I think the atmosphere is playing a pivotal role whatever you do, you should have fun, you should have many ideas to share, you should have a plan and then prepare it. You can’t just go to the place then you even don’t know whatever you should do, wherever you should go next! Okay, it’s my problem, not mention my friends. And this is one of the things which let me think back of you Chris, I remember the feeling travel with you, clearly. Maybe it is just because of you.

For my work, nice! Nice place, nice people, what else can I look for? What I should do now is trying my best to deserve myself, to full fill my responsibility, to let the guests see what is called InterContinental Qingdao. One more, I like my job. As who should say, whatever you do, you must love doing it, which I am really appreciate.

If you never try, you’ll never know. If I only knew. If … Dash these ifs! There is no if in the case. I wanna say that a villain doesn’t harm his neighbor, but there is this kind of person, who I really look down on, totally!! So, this is called clothes can not make the man, right? Anyway, just let it be. Who he?

I even don’t discover that I am so so loving music, any kind of, any rhythm, just pour me in the amazing mysterious music world. Then, I’ll forget everything, except walking with you on the street centre at 00:00 midnight. I’m appreciate that I am always feel free to express my feeling. Life is music, more than food.

What I plan now is traveling in search of romance, so…to be with me? Consider it.

不应该写日记，可是又不能不写，所以让你们看见了我的一滴泪。不是为爱，也不是不爱，到底为了什么，说不清楚。希望你们都快快乐乐的生活，越活越滋润。希望你们的生活里，找不到流泪的理由和机会。
