惠特尼休斯顿也走了，这位一直挣扎在毒品、不幸婚姻边缘的歌王，在遗留了美妙歌声，和坚强笑容之后，也步迈克尔杰克逊后尘，散手人寰，离这个世界而去。

这是一串长的名单：猫王、列侬、迈克尔杰克逊、卡朋特、Kurt Cobain、邓丽君、张国荣、梅艳芳、黄家驹….自杀、他杀、英年早逝——惠特尼休斯顿又为“天妒英才”增加了一个新的注脚。

我曾多么倾慕和迷恋惠特尼的歌声啊。虽然在上世纪九十年代有玛丽亚凯莉和席琳迪翁异军突起，但是重温回味惠特尼的歌声时，发现席琳迪翁虽然嗓音高亢，但是嘹亮有余，柔情不足，总有点“男人婆”的味道，连唱I’m Your Lady时，都有点不依不饶的感觉；玛丽亚凯莉是传承惠特尼衣钵最像者，又貌似青出于蓝胜于蓝——但细细辨认之下，玛丽亚凯莉炫技的成分颇多，特别是她的独门绝技海豚音——但是毕竟歌唱是情之所至，感之所伤，不是夜莺啾啭，或是杜鹃啼血。

再听惠特尼——当斯人已逝时，才发现她才是情歌极致；

当斯人已逝时，才发现“经典”就是一旦斯人演绎，就成绝唱，再也无人可以重复；

惠特尼的音域极为宽广，她的情歌既有缠绵缱倦到不可复加，也有温柔底处不可触碰的刚硬；在荡气回肠中唱尽人世间豪迈，在云端嘹亮处眷恋世间柔情。

惠特尼的歌曲中，最多重复的字眼就是“爱”Love。可怜这位女性，年轻时就成名立腕，遍览人间冷暖；这位终生渴望爱的女性，又有多少真情可以拥入怀中，高处不胜寒的孤独，又有多少世人能解。

一位渴望爱情、美妙生活的女性，一位拥有了上帝恩赐美妙歌喉，但又受尽生活磨难、孤独、挣扎的女性，在48岁的一年，就这样潦草、不情愿的为自己的人生花了一个句号，留下千万歌迷无尽的想念。

The metropolis where you were born and live is called Shanghai south of the Yangtze River. People usually describe the enchanting place as in the poetic expression_r: “Apricot, spring rain and areas rich in rice and fishery.”

雨是淅淅沥沥的，雨丝片片，敲打在油亮的马路上，渗透进入路边的泥土，小花、小草，像你吸吮乳汁一样吸吮雨水的恩泽；在雨的蔓延下，你所生长的这个世界透露出了生机、灵动，在你甜美的酣梦之外。

It is a drizzling rain pattering on the shiny road penetrating the muddy roadside. Pretty flowers and grass are sucking generosity from it just like you sucking nutrition from milk. With the spreading influence of rain the world you are born out of reveals vitality and inspiration outside your sweet dream.

It spells fresh air, broad horizon in the countryside. Far and near, it gives marginal brilliance under clouds in the mist. The fine rain is almost invisible. Like dense raindrops it showers your head. Wearing a hat, you don’t need to hurry on your road. That’s why people say you don’t need hurry back home when fine rain falls in a soft wind.

On the other hand, baptized in the rain and benefiting from rainwater you, my tiny Happy Lele, are stealthily growing up. Your mom wants you to grow up quickly while I, your dad, prefer to accompany you longer to see you grow up slowly, as I enjoy seeing rainwater flowing over the road surface and converging into a brook, a stream, a river, a lake and the sea.

有了水的润泽，就有了你的灵动。人们喜欢形容女孩子“水灵”，形容她的眼睛“水汪汪”的，在水的流动里，万物悄悄改变，一如你的成长。

When watered, you will have inspiration. People are fond of describing girly looks as watery bright and spirited. They are fond of their water-like brilliant eyeballs. Everything changes stealthily in the flow of water, just as in your growth.

雨从天上的云幻化成水滴，飘飘洒洒落到地面，顺着涓涓汇集的一条条小水道，簇拥在一起向下面流，遇到同路的雨滴伙伴们就聚拢，约好了一起顺势而下；

Rain falls from the clouds in the sky, becoming water drops spraying on the ground surface, forming small water channels flowing all the way down, converging with their companions downward as if in tacit agreement.

流啊流啊，就汇成了溪流，一路上，小草在向她招手，大树在向她招手，召唤她们一块儿留下来，雨滴伙伴们还是决定向前流；

Flowing forward it converges into a stream. On her way forward small grass greets her by waving her hand. So do the big trees, calling upon her to stay with them. But she and her companions decide to flow forward.

流啊流啊，溪流汇成江河，她们流过田野、流过山庄、流过城市，一路上，小鸟向她们歌唱，牛羊过来饮水，孩子们下来游泳，招呼她们停下；雨滴伙伴们还是决定向前流；

Flowing ahead, the stream converges into a river, where she and her companions flow across farmlands and mountain villages, and across cities. There and then birds sing, cows and sheep drink, kids swim, all inviting her and her companions to stay, but they again decide to flow forward.

遇到高山，她们就绕过去，遇到桥梁，她们就穿过去；还有时候，她们会遇到一个山坡和下界组成的大台阶，她们就勇敢地跳下去，成了气势磅礴的奇观，被人们叫做“瀑布”；

Encountering big mountains they would go zigzagging them. Encountering bridges, they would flow under them. Sometimes they would come across a big terrace formed by a slope and a rock below. At this time they would jump down courageously forming a marvelous wonder called waterfall.

但是不论遇到什么艰难险阻，她们从来就没有停下来过！

But whatever obstacles, they never pause!

最后，终于有一天，小雨滴和她的小伙伴们来到了一片汪洋大海，她们高高兴兴地融了进去。

Eventually, the small raindrop and her companions come to the wide expanse of sea and ocean, and they happily submerge and integrate themselves with them.

这片宽广无际的大海，颜色像雨后的天空一样湛蓝，味道像你的眼泪一样咸咸。大海没有边际，没有起点，没有终点，只有此岸和彼岸，小雨滴在这里找到了她们无穷无尽的小伙伴，找到了她们的家。

This is the vast sea that knows no bounds. It is azure like the azure sky. It tastes a bit salty, like your teardrops. The sea knows no bounds, no beginning nor end. It knows only this shore and that shore. A raindrop can find many companions and her sweet home here.

在大海的拥抱中，你就像融进这个大家庭的小雨滴一样，胸怀无比宽广，视野无比辽阔，心智无比久远。

Embraced in the sea you are like a small raindrop joining a big family, incomparably open-minded, farsighted, and intelligent.
