原材料：黄油125g、白糖50g、鸡蛋3个、低粉200g、泡打粉2g、葡萄干50g
秘密使用的原材料：黄油125g、白糖50g、鸡蛋2个、温热牛奶100ml、高粉200g（看见了吗?俺滴严重错误就是拿错粉了~！
）、泡打粉1.2cc、葡萄干50g
制作步骤：
1-2：黄油125g室温软化，加入糖粉50g，隔温水打发呈羽毛状。
3-4：分次加入2个鸡蛋，打蛋器低速搅拌均匀
5-6：加入高粉200g（按理说是应该用低粉的。。。偶真想去撞墙啊.. )、泡打粉1.2cc（这个量最后觉得好像有点少~或许改成2.5cc比较好~）、牛奶100ml ，搅拌均匀。
7-8：把搅拌好的糊分别装入纸杯中

制作：
锅中放一点点油，将花椒粒、小茴香粒爆香，加入羊肉炒片刻，倒入一小勺料酒，快速翻炒，然后加水，同时加姜丝、木耳丝，烧开后加盐调味，再煮两分钟即可关火，然后调一点醋进去，最后撒入小葱花和香菜叶。

小窍门：
1、料酒和醋的双重作用很好地化解了羊肉的膻味儿；
2、羊肉煮时间长了吃起来就不嫩了。
