　二十世纪六十年代以来,特殊教育领域出
现了一系列重要的新思想或概念,如“正常化”
教育原则、回归主流或一体化教育、以及全纳
教育(Inclusive education)等。1994年联合国教
科文组织在西班牙召开的全世界特殊教育会
议上呼吁各国发展全纳学校并通过家长、学
校、和社区的共同努力以保障特殊儿童接受高
质量的教育(UNESCO,1994)。这一行动纲领
为各国确立全纳的教育目标、制定相关政策提
供了依据与动力。我国自1980年代以来开展
了随班就读实践,一些学者(陈云英,1990;彭
霞光,1994)对如何使全纳教育思想与我国教
育实际相结合进行了许多探索。本文则试图
在分析西方全纳教育的不同观点基础上探讨
其对我国随班就读发展的启示意义。
一、全纳教育思想的由来
特殊教育理论是建立在特定社会的政治、
经济、文化基础之上的,当某一社会对“残疾”、
平等等观念发生变化时,特殊教育的基本理论
与教育形式也会随之变化(Berdine&Black2
hurt,1985)。全纳教育直接起源于美国1950年的民权运动(Civil Rights),更远则可以追溯到

1. Why Watch Television?

Matthew: Television is undoubtedly a great invention, but one of the main criticisms of it is that people just aren't selective enough. Lesley, you've got a television; how do you pick out the sorts of programmes you want to watch?

If I Rest, I Rust

The significant inscription found on an old key---“If I rest, I rust”---would be an excellent motto for those who are afflicted with the slightest bit of idleness. Even the most industrious person might adopt it with advantage to serve as a reminder that, if one allows his faculties to rest, like the iron in the unused key, they will soon show signs of rust and, ultimately, cannot do the work required of them.

牛仔裤恢复柔软巧计：

正确方法应该是，尽量6-12个月清洗一次，如果夏天出汗很多，你可以将自己的牛仔裤挂通风的地方，喷上一些清水，让它顺风晒干，这样牛仔裤上的汗味就不会了；如果牛仔裤粘上了一些干净东东，你可以在赃的地方喷上清水，然后轻轻撮掉赃东东，然后再同上一样挂在通风很好的地方，让它自己风干就好了!

第一次清洁不要干洗或是机洗哦
大家一定有印象：牛仔裤洗完晒干后再拿出来的时后一定是硬的，这除了你是用洗衣粉的原因，还一个原因就是丹宁布上有一层胶。所以，第一次清洁时尽量不要用机洗或干洗，最好是穿在自己身上清洁，这样清洗，会使牛仔裤会更加符合自己的腿型，穿出来的效果会更加好哦。清洁完后还是得向上条一样挂置在

北大情结：北大踹了我一脚

　　大学5年没有一个女孩子爱上自己

　　俞敏洪不止一次提到北大，这个令他百感交集的伤心地。

　　现在的北大依然冰清如初，在他的梦痕里无法剥落。树影婆娑的北大校道，爱情、学业、事业在激情地向前奔流，却似乎全与他无关。

　　“我是全班惟一从农村来的学生，开始不会讲普通话，结果从A班调到较差的C班。进大学以前没有读过真正的书，大三的一场肺结核使我休学一年，结果练就了现在这副瘦削的土魔鬼身材。”俞敏洪一打开话匣便不胜唏嘘。

　　在多数人眼里，俞敏洪属于沉默寡言被别人冷落的后进生，别人津津乐道的爱情对他来说却完全真空。“北大5年，没有一个女孩子爱我。”他说。因此，孤独、耐心、坚韧……所有磨练人的品性他都一一具备了。他说对爱情的饥渴使他“见到任何一个女孩都想扑上去”。显然是夸张之说，但依然贴切地描述了他那时的心境。
